Bells Tire Shop
I read the other review on here and I cannot believe that this person's experience was almost exactly what happened to me. I has on my way to New Orleans for me that was a 10 hour drive about 80 miles before I got to New Orleans I had a nail in my tire and the tire was going down fast I stopped at the closest gas station and started calling tire shops no one was able to help me. When I called Bell it was like God had sent me his Angel straight from heaven!! He went to my location and I don't know how he did it but he repaired my flat tire without even taking the tire off the car! & his price for the repair was way less than I expected it to be (close to nothing!!). This was at 10:00pm on a SATURDAY it was late I was so worried that even with the repair I was not gonna make it back safe but Bell assured me that I was and that I did not have to do anything else to my tire. I never met someone who would go out of their way for their customers he called me on Monday with tire information that I had requested but I so busy I missed his call. I had mentioned I was going to make my 10 hour drive back home on a Thursday 5 days later and he called us as well I am sure to check up on us but again I missed his call. I could go on and on about our experience Bell is the best 100000% recommended!! still in awwww!!! Thank you, thank you and thank you Bell!!!! God Bless you!!

City Town Tire Shop
They charge for air and they have dry rotted used tires. Would never ever go there again. They don't open on time on Sundays.

J & C Used Tires
I received service with a smile until I had to bring the tire that I purchased from him back. He accused me of driving away and running over a nail. A man came right behind me to bring his tire back that also kept going down, he didn't accuse that man of possibly running over a nail matter of fact, he started working on the man's tire. After everything was said and done, when I got home & checked the tire, I noticed that the owner, Pat, had cut the outside of the tire he put on my car. Unprofessional. I never went back even though I have to keep putting air in that tire. I left it to God so whatever happens/happened to Pat is on him.

Bells Tire Shop
If I can give the business 10 Stars I would. I had a blowout on the interstate. There was no way that it could be fixed I called at least two other businesses and nobody could help me they were in a rush to get off the phone when they realized that it wasn't going to be a sale. When I called Bells Tire Service he immediately just said that he could come to me. He was going to go look to see what he had and that he would find a way to get me on the road again. He came to me got me back on the road again. I cannot tell you how blessed I feel when this man went above and beyond then what he had to. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody I cannot express how grateful I amElaine

Pitstop Tire & Car Care
I took my car to replace the water pump. The service people were very helpful to me. They have explained why the part was damaged. The car was done on the promised time. The price of replacing the water pump was really reasonable and even the labor hour replacing the bumper was cheaper then other places. I highly recommend them .
Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.

Just a moment...
