Pros:Great Location. Cons: The management, particularly Ms. Ann is very rude and very mean. She cannot smile. He doesn't want to speak over the phone. Hangs up phone discourteously. She seems to racist. They increase your rent by $50-$100 every six months. They require you to give them a notice period of 4 month before leaving the apartment!! Be careful about the deposits they charge - $160 for electric, $100 for apartment cleaning in the name of security deposit. After you sign the contract, they may or may not tell you that $100 of electric bill, $50 of your security deposit is not refundable at all. After you move out, they will send you another letter for repair/damage changes but they will not deduct from the security deposit.I think these are all unethical/unlawful practices and should be investigated.
My name is Charisse and I have been a resident at Normandy Village for almost 3 years. The apartments are a little old, but I've had great experiences with management any time we have an issue. What I like most about this complex is that it's quiet and the location puts you in the middle of everything. No place to live is perfect, and in the 3 years I've been here I did have an incident where something was robbed from my truck, but I didn't have it locked, so it was partially my fault. As well, some of my neighbors are snobby and complain about simple things. But overall it's a great place to live and the manager is kind and responsive. I feel like she cares about the residents. I will continue to live here until I purchase my own home. Happy home hunting.
Always check the dates of reviews because Burbank Commons has changed management and as of now BCommons is a great place to live, the only thing to consider is that no utilities are included in the rent (cable, internet,Electric,&water) but do remember that these bills are split between however many tenents live there. Have great fun there with all the nice amenities they have, the buses run immediately in front of the apts. and thats cool as the....... , BCommons is very very close to school. Youll love the place, if things change I will rereview just keep an eye on the dates of reviews 12/10/2016
My time at the Millennium Towne Center has been amazing, I am so sad to be moving on. The only reason I am moving on is because I have taken a job out of state. The staff have always been very professional and caring. They put on events all the time for the residents that are always wonderful. Movie nights, chef presentations, catered events, snowballs, BBQ's, and of course the annual crawfish blowout! They know most of the residents by name and are always helpful when we need something from them. Amy & Nicole you will be missed!

I have lived at this apt for the past year, and I've recently resigned my lease. The apartments are a little old, but they've been maintained well, and the price of rent is affordable. The location is great.Although I had a negative experience, when I contacted management, the issue was fixed immediately. I've really enjoyed staying at PDP.
