Amazing to read such reviews. I am hurt and astounded to read these one sided reviews. But ,we live in a world of Freedom of speech , anyone can write are say whatever they choose about anyone. But, I PRIDE myself to Great Customer service to the up most. My 23 years stability and growth speaks for my love and passion for my customer's and business. I value all my customer's for contining growth, this is how, I continue to count my years from 1991 to 2013 still counting. I have served genration's of families from Mother's to Daughter's. All the services ,that we provide is always in writing for BRIDAL/TUXEDO/LIMOUSINE SERVICE, we provide no verbal services to no one. Deposit policies are simple and outlined. We require a $25 Tuxedo (Refundable Security Deposit ) on all Tuxedo Rentals and a $150 (Refundable Security Deposit) on Bride's (FREE WEDDING GOWN) Dress Rental. All Rented Merchandise Tuxedo/Dress Rentals etc. are due back into our store on Monday following the weekend of use by 5:00pm no later than our closing time at 6:00pm. Obivously, we have maintain these Customer's Security Deposit for the following Store Policy reasons: Tuxedo was returned late ,not as agreed by due date,Pants were Damage by Wearing Sacky Pants, Missing Cuff Link , Missing Vest and/or Tie/Bow Tie or Cigarette burns on pants or coat etc. These are item, we get charge for and have to replace. All of this adds up to cost especially over a month are a year on going. Bride FREE Wedding Dress Refund is normally kept and not Paid/Refunded, when the Bride brings back a $1,200 to $2,000 plus Cost FREE BRIDAL WEDDING GOWN ,we gave to her completly FREE at NO CHARGE including FREE ALTERATION , that's being returned with Grease, OIL STINGS, RIPPED , are just returned a, if it came from a Horse Show and/or Drag Race etc. which may have, caused them to lose their FREE Wedding Dress Security Deposit. What they don't understand ,is that we are being charged by our supplier and that we are running a business, and we are responsible to our Wholesale Supplier for returning their Product back in Good standing. Otherwise, they charges us for every item and in most cases , we loose the account for too many bad returns. (It's like a charge off account) Bottom line, these are customer's that don't want to take resopnible for their action. But, they want to feel that ,we have taken their money. Example: If you Rent a Movie and Damage it , just cause you returned it ,you still have to pay for it. So, they get mad and up set and it resorts to this. But, we love and value all of our ciustomer's and we gratfully appreciate everyone's business to the upmost and I persoanlly apologize to all of you . Hampton Collision
I've been bringing my vehicles to Hampton Collision for years! I was recently informed by my insurance (State Farm) that Hampton Collision was no longer what St.Farm refers to as a one of their "preferred" shops and that if I chose to have my vehicle repaired there I would not receive a lifetime warranty on the repairs from State Farm. Luckily I have been a client of Hampton Collision for a while and I know that the company itself provides a lifetime warranty on all their repairs for everyone no matter their insurance! I also was told by State Farm that Id have to get an estimate from another shop & then I would be able to have my car repaired at THE SHOP I WANTED TO! Which is obviously Hampton Collision hands down. Though St.Farm is choosing to make this a little bit more of an inconvience for me, I would Never take my car elsewhere ! Hampton Collision does a phenomenal job every time! The owner (Brandon), shop manager (Michelle) as well as the rest of the staff are awesome! They are so easy to work with & eager to help & direct each customer along the right path in order to make the unfortunate situation of having to get your vehicle fixed as smooth as possible! I have been more than pleased each time my spouse or I were in need of repairs! Thank you Hampton Collision for always taking care of us with a smile! You guys rock! :)

The entire staff at Hampton Collision Center was extremely honest , thorough, reliable, and friendly ... I had to take a moment and write a review because 5 stars doesn't cover the white glove treatment I had . After a head on accident it is such a relief to find a body shop ... that goes above and beyond . My vehicle was inspected by a "@@@co" rep and typed up a three page listing of their findings. I drove to Baton Rouge from Lake Charles because I have several friends who had recommended Hampton Collision Center (and it was worth the drive) I was Blown away when I received a phone call from Hampton Collision stating : that after their thorough inspection of my vehicle they came across several important items that the insurance company overlooked. Hampton Collision took care of summiting the estimate for the additional parts , handling the insurance headache (waiting game) and calling and extending my rental car. One less thing for myself not to worry about . The entire staff seemed to take a personal interest with repairing my vehicle and making my experience a positive one - after a nonpositive accident. Thank you so much ....

I am very pleased with the service I received at Hampton Collision. Dealing with “all the mess” that goes in hand with an auto accident was definitely not what I was looking forward to when I was hit by another vehicle. After my recent purchase of a 2013 Volzwagon Passat, I had much anxiety that my long- worked for new car would not be the same! However the incredible staff at Southpoint Automotive took great care of all my needs then referred me to Hampton Collision for the auto body repairs. Hampton Collision made this dreadful mishap go super smooth. All staff members were extremely courteous and professional. The owner himself was on sight and explained everything to my understanding, which gave me peace of mind while my “baby” was being worked on. In no time I was back in my new car that looked exactly the same as when I bought it!! I truly was shocked when I pulled up and saw how wonderful my car looked after such a beating it had taken. I 100% recommend Hampton Collision to anyone and everyone in need of professional and thorough auto body repair! Thanks again Hampton Collision Center!

Thank you Hampton Collision for the amazing job you did on my vehicle! When my brand-new 2015 VW Passat got smashed, I was devastated to say the least! But Hampton Collision fixed my baby up so fast I almost thought it was a joke when they told me I could come pick "her" up! When I got there I couldn't believe my eyes! I don't even think a single scratch can be found even with a magnifying glass! Ha ha! If you ever need collision repair I recommend Hampton Collision to everyone in the Baton Rouge area. Even if another collision shop may be a little closer to you, trust me it is completely worth ANY extra driving minutes. All repairs come with a lifetime warranty from them! The owner as well as the rest of the staff are truly genuine in their concern for your situation. I was so thankful for the time they spent in helping me throughout the entire process! Skid Marks Tire Pros
Just bought a set of 4 Michelin tires from the Lee Drive location and had them balanced and mounted. Before purchasing, I checked for prices of the same model tires at other local tire dealers as well as internet vendors which shipped a set of four tires free to specific local dealers for installation. Skid Marks Tire Pros had the lowest local price and the only lower price I found was an internet vendor free ship to local dealer for install. The difference in price was about $60 total for a set of four. I also got a free oil change and have a remaining free oil change with my purchase. The counter personnel were friendly, respectful, and offered some extra options at an extra cost. I declined the extra options without any hard sell techniques used. It was a very pleasant tire buying experience and at a good price. I waited 2 hours for the tire installation and oil change which seemed long, but not unlike my experience at other tire dealers.

Please do not be fooled by the kindness of the people, the employees did lots of additional damage to my rv and because they are family to the owner he refused to believe that they did not tell him of the additional damage the did.It took 120 days,4 months to charge for 44hrs,,Beware if you have National General insurance and live in south La. they will tell you that you must bring your rv there,after reporting damaged ceiling, damaged awnings, damaged central air,lots of screws and wood left in carpet,setting the rv ON THE GROUND, ON IT'S BELLY,because they were to lazy or too dumb to put landing gear down..these are auto body people doing work on your rv,,and the insurance company is in bed with them..7 dealers in Lafayette, 7 dealers in Baton Rouge and Hammond, and this is the ONLY one approved, you figure it out. I really thought these were nice people, and they are, until you sign that check

Wonderful experience. For my daughter's 8th birthday, I reserved a limo from another limo service. When I called to confirm 2 days before party, they said I had no reservation but could get one for more money. I called Esquire limo service in tears. With just two days before the party, they were able to reserve a limo for a much cheaper price than the other service had originally quoted me. The hummer limo arrived on time ( actually a little early). It was clean and classy, and the driver was wonderful with the kids. So sweet and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience, and it made my daughter's day (along with 19 of her little friends). I can not thank Esquire Limo enough. I would recommend them to anyone. Even though ours was a birthday party for a child, the limo would also have been perfect for a more formal event as well.

Skid Marks Tire Pros in Denham Springs (formally Firestone Tire & Auto) have been taking care of my vehicles since late 2007 - early 2008. I live in Plaquemine, LA and every time my vehicles need servicing or repairs, I make the drive to Skid Marks in Denham. That is how good their service is and that is how good their mechanics are. I have a personal relationship with these guys and that is important to me. My truck has over 215,000 miles on it and my SUV has over 250,000 on it; both are still driving strong, they are dependable, and they are mechanically sound. Skid Marks prices are very honest. The staff at R3 Bail Bond & Recovery was fast and very understanding that sometimes bad things do happen to good people. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional throughout. They were able to explain the entire process of bail to me in plain speech, and worked with me financially as well. I hope I never need them again, but am glad to know they are out there and that someone is willing to actually help. A family-oriented company with owners who really do care about what you are going through. These guys went the extra mile. Five stars are just not enough! Have no doubts when dealing with them. Tips & Advices
Bail bond premiums are not refundable. These are considered payment for the bail bond agent's services.
A co-signer is a person who arranges bail for another person. This individual pledges to post bond on behalf of the agent should the defendant fail to appear in court. Similarly, a co-signer will provide payment for the bail bondsman if the defendant does not do so.
Bail is set by a judge and determined by the crime in question, the defendant's criminal history, how likely that person will or won't show up to court, and other factors.
Collateral options include but are not limited to:

  • Real estate
  • Savings
  • Investments
  • Jewelry
After a case is over, the bond is returned to the entity who posted it -- the bail bond agent or the defendant. Premiums paid to bail bondsmen generally are not returned.
