Truck & Trailer World & Golf Carts
Worst experience doing business I have ever had. Bought a trailer based on what I was told by owner would be more than sufficient for my needs. First work trip and 200 miles away I have severe tire wear and ultimately 3 blown tires. I was hauling 2,200 pounds (that is over estimating) and the trailer was capable of 3,500 (I was told). Being far from home, I called Truck and Trailer World and was given the immediate run around. I was told I would need to call the manufacturer, the manufacturer told me I needed to call the axle company, the axle company told me it could be faulty tires. Here I am, first work trip with a failing trailer and a company that didn't give a single care. I get back into town, take the trailer to this dealer as I have it loaded, to show I am NOT over loaded and get no help. It isn't until the manufacturer agreed to replace the rear axle, that anybody cared to help. I drop it off. It gets fixed. I pick it up and can clearly see the front axle is bent. No phone call, no heads up. I make them aware of the situation and again was told "because the rear axle was bent the front did as well". The manufacturer reluctantly agrees to replace front axle. IT DOESN'T MATTER. I HAVE A TRAILER THAT CAN'T DO WHAT THEY SAID. I don't even want to sell it. It isn't worth the blown trailer tires inside it. I am stuck. Beware of buying here. I was told on conversation that "everybody says it was their first trip" and everybody says "I wasn't overloaded"... Well guess what? I am not everybody. Stand behind what you sell. Not every customer is trying to "pull" one over on you. I only gave this one star, because I had to.

Just a moment...
