This was the worst firm ever. I'm in the process of filing a Civil Rights sue against this firm. I have three people in my condition, in which, their cases didn't get the attention other cases got. Atty. Wall claimed on a legal doc to the courts more income that I had; income from a renter and that wasn't true. Atty. Ben Carpenter stated, and I recorded several meetings, that he would work on suing the Trustee Arnette Crawford for dismissing my case and reversing the dismissal several months later to collect a lawsuit that was granted after her dismissal. I had a car accident that totaled my car and never granted any sound solution on getting a car for transportation.Atty. Carpenter told me to contact a car company of someone he knew and of course my interest rate would have been through the roof of 19.99%.

When I came to this company it was in hopes to getting my bills and credit back on track. Once all paper work was in and funds were paid the nightmare began. We would get calls almost every week asking for more paper work and information which I didn't understand because they give you this long list of things to turn in. When I would call in to get information or ask questions some of the workers would be become upset and nasty which I didn't understand because its their jobs to know and provide information you don't understand. We completed our plan with this company the end of February. The begenning of March they called us and told us we were supposed to wait to file again and that we have to close out our plan with them.Let me also say they have a upfront fee which is about $300 non refundable fee to file, So by now I am SO UPSET I'M ABOUT TO LOOSE IT! I HAVE NO GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY, the only thing is that the lady that works there is NICE other then that this company doesn't do anything but take your money and mess things up worst and you have to try and pick up the pieces. That's what we have to do now and we are not refunded none of the money that we paid to them and got no apology, I wouldn't send anyone to this company not even my worst enemy because what we want thru these last 2 months was horrible.{Hope we never have to speak with or hear from them again} don't care who gets mad i feel like people deserve to know what they may get with this company, hopefully it goes better for everyone else and p.s. make sure to ask lots of questions and do your own research on your case and bills.....

Kip Wall was so professional when he handled my bankruptcy. I am so impressed with the service I received. My life has totally changed for the better now that I am free from all the debt and collector calls. It was a low cost bankruptcy and was 100% worth it. I would recommend Simon Fitzgerald and Kip Wall to anyone.
Tips & Advices
It is prudent, even after all outcomes have been adjudicated, that clients follow-up with their attorneys to ensure the specifics are known, conditions are met and the client is on the right path toward resolving debts.
A common result of bankruptcy filing is a payment plan that is created to eventually discharge the debts that brought you to court in the first place. You should have a conversation with your attorney on exactly what debts you may have discharged, or otherwise reorganized.
There are requirements for appearing at different points in the case. For instance, you will need to be present for the meeting with creditors. If the proceeding become litigious, your appearance may be required. However, filers are not often required to appear in court for every step.
You will need a large amount of documentation, including those that establish your: income, dependents, marital status and work status; previous tax filings; and debts (mortgage, student loans, car loan).
Searching online for a bankruptcy attorney will often turn up results for attorneys in your area. Also ask attorneys you know if they have any to recommend.
