How the hell am I supposed to get a four month old's RX filled on a weekend when BCBS has taken over a month and a half to get us through underwriting and hasn't sent insurance card?! I have spent 30mins on your website, which requires a pin I don't have and can't get even though pin services are supposed to be available after hours, I have tried every phone number I can find and only one was an actual person and they couldn't help because I wasn't looking for a provider. I am irate! Figure your crap out!!! Realize people don't only get sick monday-friday 8-5. Realize that after a month and a half we should have our cards!!!

Ms. Karen and the entire staff is AWESOME. We held my daughter's reception there this past weekend. The experience was Amazing. The food was delicious. Ms. Meka did a wonderful job. The entire staff was on point making sure that the entire reception ran smoothly. The venue looked amazing. It was like a fairytale. The wedding planner did a great job. Overall experience was Awesome. I will definitely use this venue again.

When I needed them to step up the most they did not. There was a "miscommunication" between them and my insurance company about my cancelation. Rachael stated she would handle it until the end and contact my insurance to let them know of the issue. I emailed her shortly after asking had she done so because we were having to hold off on our mortgage payment until the refund arrived. Never heard back from her and no follow up since. They dropped the ball BIG time and I am glad I am no longer using "middleman" for my homeowner's insurance.

this company in general seems to be made up of several lazy employees. they sent me an audit result invoice. it seems as though I looked at the top bill because 2 invoices were mailed in the same envelope. i only noticed the top sheet which was the one I paid. The other invoice (the bottom) was not paid. i called up the company and they told me exactly what happened. any reasonable person would have wondered why they only received payment for one of the two of them and attempted to call me or sent a letter or something that would have let me know of my error. integra purchased The A. J. Gallagher insurance company which was located in mandeville, LA. Gallagher insurance was locally owned and it was easy to clear up any problems. Integra insurance cant hold candle to Gallagher as far as service went. I sure miss them.

Always care does not care. I have dental insurance to pay for 2 visits a year. My next checkup was scheduled for April.. I have been diagnosed with cancer, have chemo starting March 20 and should see the dentist before I start chemo. They would not approve it a month early. That is horrible.
