Lemoine's Paint & Body Shop
I would not let anyone else repair any of my vehicles. I have the up most respect for this company and their customer service is second to none. They explained the repairs to my vehicle in detail and made sure I understood and asked if I had any questions. They kept informed during the repair process and when it was ready for pickup explained what they did. Again "Outstanding Customer Service". Thanks guys.

Hollingsworth Richards Collision Center
TERRIBLE customer service. Good luck trying to get a straight answer or a call back. No one seems to know anything least of all the receptionists, yet they seem to be the only ones you can get on the phone. I would avoid this shop.

My fiance and I were rear ended and had minimal damage to the rear bumper. She brought the vehicle in for repair on a Tuesday, and by the next week's Wednesday, they have given her the run around multiple times (and that's only after her repeatedly trying to get in contact with them since they never called to give status updates). They lied to her about letting the insurance company know they couldn't repair the original bumper and needed to order a new one. After finally getting some info from one of the shop employees, they said they were almost done, only to call back and say the part hasn't even come in yet. He couldn’t even give her an estimate on when she could get the car back. No response via email from the manager too.We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and state attorney's office.

2011 BMW 328 had rear bumper damage and needed to be replaced. Got estimate in about 30 min. Bumper was ordered and I was called 3 days later when it arrived and was told 2 to 3 days required after I drop off car. Took car in picked up rental on site and 3 days later car was returned and looked like new. While they had bumper paint they touched up a door scratch for no charge. Top notch professionals starting with customer service lady at front desk. If they can repair a quirky BMW they can fix anything. PS insurance paid this and my USAA and other drivers State Farm were both 5 star handling the claim.

Hollingsworth Richards Collision Center
Brought my vehicle into Hollingsworth Richards Collision Center on Wooddale, which had major damage. Was concerned that my insurance company was going to make me make the repair, which would severely affect the value of my car. The Very nice people at Hollingsworth Richards did a thorough estimate and the vehicle ended up being totaled. I had such a great experience that my husband and I bought a new truck from Hollingsworth Richards Ford!

Hollingsworth Richards Collision Center
Brought my car to HR Collision Center after a bad accident and when I got it back it was like new! The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. I would highly recommend HR Collision!

Hollingsworth Richards Collision Center
I would NOT recommend Hollingsworth Collision.I had very minimal damage to a chevy 2500 on the driver and left rear passenger door. The work was pathetic. There was spots on the doors that were sanded and not painted. Old parts were reused that they billed the insurance for. They did not remove all the masking tape and paper from the truck when finished I had to do it. The dash in the truck had splatter all over it from compound I guess. The paint looked like they used spray cans. They obvious have no quality control. It took over a month to do what they said would be a 5 day job. If you have a nice vehicle you would be crazy to bring it to these people. Scott S

Burbank Paint And Body
Bruno AKA Macgyver is great! I was involved in a hit and run last week. In 5 minutes, Bruno made the dent in my bumper disappear. Now it looks brand new! And he did it for FREE. I'm definitely going back to Burbank Paint & Body in the future!!!
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
