  • Jeff S.

Tim Garrison and his team are top notch. They assisted greatly when dealing with insurance on a claim-- insurance didn't want to pay when it was just me out there. Tim had seen the roof and knew it needed replacing, so he came and met with the inspector and showed him what he saw. Success. In addition, he came and patched a small leak that developed in between the original storm and when we were going to replace the roof-- at no cost. No signed contract. Just a great guy who believes great service will lead to great results. Highly recommended.

  • High quality work

A year and a half ago had River City Roofing replace our roof. They were prompt and professional from the start to the finish which was ahead of schedule. Not only did they do a professional job originally, we had a blizzard come through which tore off a few of the shingles which they came out within hours of learning of to repair all damage done by the storm at no charge under the warranty. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

  • Do not call

I had the owner out to look at a roof repair for me, he seemed pleasant and willing to take on my work. After agreeing on a price he set up my job for Saturday or the following Monday, again, this was fine by me. Saturday came and went so I assumed it would just be Monday morning, Monday came...and went....I tried to call his cell phone and left several voice messages, I called his office and his secretary assured me she would pass the message along. Its been over a week and I still have heard nothing. My roof had an active leak and it has since rained and caused more damage. I did get someone else to fix it but I lost a few days dealing with someone I thought was a professional. I have been told this is common from his company because my job wasn't "big enough" for him to care about. I would be fine with that if he would have explained from the get go that he was too busy. But he wasted my time and that I don't appreciate. I can only imagine trying to get this guy to get back if he made a mistake, I am sure that you will be put low on the priority list. Beware hiring this guy, his word is not worth time it takes him to lie.

This job was set for " the following week at our earliest available time", not Monday (as it was only going to take 1-2 hours and no one was needed to be at the home.) He had me out for an hr., to detect the repair needed, then I explained how to fix it in great detail,- and this is how he thanks me. I wish him well with the repair and would like to direct ANYONE who believes this to the BBB to check our rating, as we do 3-400 jobs a year! Thank You
