    These people are thieves and extortionist's. In March 2015 I contacted them and informed them that I was in the process of selling the property which they had been servicing and that their services were no longer required. From that time until now in April 2016 they have continued to bill my credit card. This month they even increased the amount. All efforts to contact them have been ignored. I have now finally found a legal method to stop this nonsense! I now know that they've treated other customers the same way.

    If I could give this company a zero rating, I would. They have fraudulently charged my credit card twice...in January (when NO lawn care could possibly have been provided). They never show up to perform what you pay for, yet they continue to charge you without asking. NEVER give them your credit card number-- EVER!

    I canceled service in November, and have continued to receive several charges in November and December (after cancellation). I cannot find their web site, any more, and they never answer their phone or return voice mails. How is anyone handling getting their credit card account canceled with them? Is anyone having any luck getting a refund for all the charges after cancelling service? Obviously, this was a BIG MISTAKE and I'm looking for any advice from anyone that has dealt with them.

    I cancelled their service and they keep charging my credit card. I have had to file numerous disputes with my credit card company. lawnpro will not return my calls or email. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. and by the way, they charged my credit card 5 times between november 15th and december 15th and won't return my call. (they even charged my card twice on the same day in december). I have disputed the extra charges with my credit card company. Its has been going on since november and I'm still having to deal with this. They charged my card $752.00 in 2015 and I only have record of 3 weed applications. BEWARE. I only figured out what was going on after they charged my card 80.00 which was NOT our contracted monthly payment. (and this was 8 days after charging me 48$) Then I started looking into it and noticed all the extra charges.

    I had several billing issues with no resolution. Actually had decent things to say about this company until billing issues occurred that they would not respond to nor resolve.

    BEWARE!! This company is corrupt! They promise work that is never done, but charge your credit card. I am reporting them to Jefferson County Prosecutors Office today!

    Consumer beware F rating on BBB!!! Very rude! Will talk circles to get your money, or in my case credit card number and then continue to charge outages amounts when no work is being done. This company goes by two different names lawn pro and green print they have two different phone numbers and an F rating and 72 complaints on BBB! Stay away!

    Go with your gut! That was what we should have done. We were talked into a one year of service and made tons of false promises. Paid for a year of service upfront (came out of my account at least a week before they came out) and all we have received is two weed treatments. Promises aren't kept and our yard has weeds, more weeds than when we started the service.

    We were told they would taken care of some yellow spots in our yard from our dogs, and a soil test would be done, and they would come out between calls to respray if needed. None of this has happened.

    I am so frustrated and mad. I am planning to send a certified letter requesting our money back in full for a service we never received.

    Beware and use a company that is established and has good reviews. Smooth talkers and false promises.

    Great Company, Spoke with Josh very Knowledgable. He was a down to earth man to speak with. He was extremely friendly. I learned when speaking with him. Josh really cares about the company. He asked me to let my friends and family know that he is here if we need him. I absolutely would recommend Josh at lawn pro.

    They took my check - I had to beg to get them to come out the first time - they never answer the phone and I never saw them again. What a bummer!!!
