Very insulting. Waste of timeAugust 29, 2015 - I had an appointment with a rep of Prestige homes Solutions in Baltimore. The rep came out prior to scheduled visit and I met him. 1) He immediately said my roof looked like it was 20-23 years old. I bought the house Brand new construction. The house is 15 years old and I had new shingles installed in the back and side about 5 years ago.2) He said "I am surprised you don't have leaks from the second floor." I said "no." The wall of windows were an addition and the roof in the back was installed with new shingles about 5 years ago. So there is no leaking.3) He said is fee was 17,000 to do the entire roof. I didn't want to do the entire roof, just repairs. Then he adjusted the cost to 6,000+ dollars for the roof and the damaged shingles. I said I only wanted a repair to the shingles and gutters. I told him that was high. I specifically wanted a repair. He said, "we do not do repairs. We do installations. If you want repairs to the roof, you should go on Craigslist." He gave me his card just in case I changed my mind. What a waste of time and he was insulting from beginning to the end. I would NEVER recommend Prestige Home Solutions or do business with them. Their Service Manager/agent, Roger, was HORRIBLE. He doesn't know how to speak with customers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would rate them a 0 if I could. But you have 1 star. So they will get that but it should be a negative star.

Great sales guy but then all down hill. Sold us windows... Told they were amazing. Yeah amazing for ice to form inside of them. To have a cold breeze on all of them. Gutters installed incorrectly. Electrical box left hanging. Asbestos laying around my yard also nails and glass. Great for my dog and kids! This company should be shutdown and I should get a full refund plus. If I can post pics on here I will. I know I did on their other yelp page. No clue how they have 2.

Prestige Home Solutions replaced the windows in my home, and I could not be happier. Their employees were very friendly and professional. The work looks great and the windows are a huge improvement from before!
Tips & Advices
According to experts a bathroom remodel might not recoup return on the original investment. However, it is one of the key renovations that can make potential buyers want to make an offer…or not. Homebuyers look for bathrooms with updated plumbing, convenient layout, and a pleasant aesthetic. That said, in older houses, where bedrooms far outnumber bathrooms, it’s advised to spend the money on a bathroom addition instead of gut-renovating the original bathroom.
Yes, bathroom remodeling contractors often offer financing. Many homeowners prefer to refinance or take out a home equity line of credit. But others will see if the contractor can connect them with a lender who will set up some other type of loan. There are many types of loans available: secured and unsecured, personal, and those backed by the Federal Housing Administration.
The price range for toilets varies from $200 into the many thousands because of variables like best-flushing performance (single vs. dual flush), self-cleaning capabilities, design (one- or two-piece), and special features, like heated seats. Cosmetic elements, such as the color and the material of the toilet, also factor into the cost. Experts agree that the most expensive toilets do not necessarily function the best.
Heated bathroom floors are a popular way to warm up typically cold tile floors and keep people comfortable in their bathrooms, even when it’s chilly outside. The proper term is “radiant heat,” and it describes various methods of heating from under the floors. The least expensive method, which is popular for small spaces, uses an electric mat. Larger spaces might have electric heated coil systems installed under the tile, or hydronic systems where heated water is run through pipes below the flooring.
A bathroom renovation usually takes two to three weeks, if it’s a relatively small and straightforward job. Expect larger or more complicated remodels to last five to six  weeks--not including any delays due to special material or permits. If you’re doing a gut renovation, which includes permits, specially ordered materials, and possibly up to a dozen different tradespeople, you should realistically expect it to take  three to five  months to complete.
