Me and my boyfriend Mr. Spanking went to captain Larry's after a day at the spa and kept getting dirty looks when we made tongue kisses on each other's mouths... Ummmm it's 2013 grow up! #proudofmypride

I went to Brewer's Art with a group of 10 people to celebrate my birthday. The accommodations were easy for them, even at the tail end of restaurant week. We got in a little earlier than we would normally eat, and the service remained impeccable throughout the busy dinner hour. The food was really amazingly good, and their beer and drinks were great too. After dinner, we went down to the charmingly almost-divey bar. It was a blast!

I go there to drink with my boys: Booger, Zelda, Dat Phan, Fat Ricky, Slimy Guadeloupe, Alvin, Red Heather, Potassium, Greg, Snail Horse, Polaroid Polar Bear, Gillberg, Steven Anders, Carlito, Spit, and Lil' Shuffle. Drinks aren't not good. I miss my Sister (RIP Angela....kids, wear a helmet yo!)

This show was great! Although the Stone Pony was a little to small of a venue for this type of show, everyone seemed to have a great time, and Limp Bizkit didn't miss a step. They played very few radio hits such as, Take A Look Around, and Break Stuff, but they made that up by playing other songs from their albums that weren't "radio hits", with songs including

I grew up in Mt. Washington and I know the goings on, and the goings on is The Curb Shoppe. The patrons and staff are very friendly; even the owner! All the food is outstanding and the drinks are tasty. The Curb Shoppe is a step above The Mt. Washington Tavern; BELIEVE Me!!!!! Living in Mt. Washigton for over 30 years I can honestly say The Curb Shoppe is the real deal. It is a can't miss!
1812 Bank St
Over the years, we've been to Henninger's on Bank Street frequently. We love the ambiance, the food is always very good, and the drinks at the bar are great and a good value. So we returned this Saturday night and WOW! I've had good food there before, but this meal was exceptional! Their signature oyster appetizer in a Pernod cream sauce over spinach was so flavorful it was hard not to lick the plate. The lamb chops with garlic mashed potatoes would make you cry for more. Pleeeeze more! A just-right martini started us off, and the brownie with hazelnut ice cream and warm fudge sauce just about finished us off. Two of us shared most of all of that at the bar where you can eat a meal from the heavens or a sandwich and a beer. This restaurant is a treasure in Baltimore. Don't miss it!

Loved the clientele and the food. They always seem to have a crowd and a good time there. The place is local and friendly. Try some of the beers they have there because its a nice selection and fresh.

I almost hate to write this, because Porters already tends to get very crowded during happy hour (5 to 7) up until about 8. But Porters is the best neighborhood bar in Federal Hill, in my opinion. There's just the right mix of regulars, people who live nearby, and people who are just visiting the neighborhood. They serve awesome food at very reasonable prices (considering the quality of the ingredients and creativity of the chef) and they offer pretty good wines to pair with it. It's part sports bar, part restaurant. You could sit at, or stand near, the bar if you just want drinks and maybe a snack. Or get a table in the bar area, or the more formal dining room. You'll find the beer and wine selection to be awesome, the food to be surprisingly tasty, and the people (both staff and other customers) to be happy, warm, and friendly. There's nothing to NOT love about this place.

The Tavern is a Baltimore staple. Art shows on the first Thursday of the month, Chill cook-offs, and cheap beer. Im happy to announce, they have moved into the 20st century with the addition of an ATM machine.

I recently went to Doughtery's for the first time and from the time I walked through the door I was extremely impressed from the friendly greeting at the door to the waitress taking our order. The atmosphere was so great and the food was also. The whole place made you feel like you were at home hanging out wih friends and those type of places are hard to find. So if you are looking for a place with great music, wonderful food and drink and fantastic atmopshere you have got to check this place out!!!!

So I have been going here for years and have turned many friends into Looneys Canton addicts. The staff is friendly, food comes fast, and the food is great. Only down side is the food takes longer on a busy Friday/Saturday night but it is in a happening area of town for 20 -40 somethings... Known for their cheesesteaks and specials!

After 2 years of living in Baltimore and never finding a decent pizza, I finally took my extremely picky pizza loving husband to what is now Pub Dog (it used to be Thirsty Dog until some idiots in Ohio decided to copywrite the name) and ended up having a fantastic meal. This seat yourself restaurant might normally cause concern in terms of service as many of the tables are secluded, but we found that just the opposite is true, the waitstaff is friendly, hard working, and very attentive. Everything was delicious. We ordered the Dog Pound Pizza and the Rasberry Dog and Black Dog beers (I love the 2 for $4 special ) for less than $20 for the two of us. My husband finally found pizza he loves in Baltimore and the waitress even made some recommendations as to where we can find good Italian subs. We will absolutely return!

Walt's is the place for Karaoke (7 days a week from 9pm-1am), they have a huge (over 20,000) selection of songs and the drink prices and specials are some of the best in town. If you're going out to have a good time, then Walt's has to be at the top of your list.

My girlfriend and I slipped in here on a Friday night after being somewhat turned off by the crowd at a feline-named place down the street. We figured a place with a dog on the sign had to be at least decent.\r \r We got a spot for two right at the bar amidst a pretty mixed crowd - 20-40 somethings out for dinner or just starting their night out. The bartender couldn't have been nicer and more attentive despite being pretty busy with a full bar and the full tables near the bar. She knew her beers and recommended a couple of new ones for us.\r \r Off the menu, but highly recommended is Kooper's pesto and crab pizza. It was awesome! The crust was thin and crispy, the amount of crab was generous, and the balance of the pesto with the crab and cheese was perfect. We made very quick work of the the good-sized pie. The burgers we saw going to other tables looked great, and there's a late night menu posted right over the bar for folks looking to get some good pub grub after 11PM.\r \r If you're in FP looking for a pretty neat place with with a good beer selection, a good menu and a cool crowd, check out Kooper's.

This is probably the best bar in Baltimore. Not only is the bar amazing to look at but the food is out of this world! The bang bang shrimp and the crab dip pizza are just mouth watering!! The staff is so nice, including Holly, Ryan and Matt who are the best bartenders!! Also they always have great drink specials and a great late night happy hour!!

For one year now, the hostess with the most is very professional and can make the crowd go BOOM!!! on Wednesdays. Drinks like beer, wine, and coolers are only $2.00 and $5.00 for the top shelf. Every Wednesday from 6pm-9pm come enjoy yourself after work and have some mature adult fun

I've met friends here a couple times and sometimes it's fun, sometimes weird. You get the runoff of whatever staggers over from downtown so this can be entertaining, at least .

Visited the PLACE last night on the advise of Darker Than Blue Restaurant. It's downtown location is near major attractions. The atmosphere was right the moment I walked in. Yes it's grown and sexy, safe and many varieties of adult beverages. The music rocks from DC house to banging R&B. Can't wait to return.

We were visiting Baltimore and my two sons wanted to go to this bar to see a band they were familiar with (Past Lives/Thermals) We had a great time. Once inside it was great. Drinks for dad not too expensive and I felt safe and we enjoyed a couple hours listening to music (I got a seat on the balcony overlooking stage where sound was not so overwhelming). So many different people and I actually saw 5 or 6 people close to my age. I don't know exactly what neighborhood we were in but Johns Hopkins U was a couple blocks away as I was informed by 3 students from JHU.

I've been going to this place on & off for about 15 years because of it's layed back & friendly atmosphere. There's never any drama & most of the people have been going there for years & everyone knows everyone else. If you want a great place to go watch a Ravens game & drink some ice cold beer & be able to still have a conversation, I really recommend this place. I don't know who the Chrissy person is that everyone is bashing, but the people that work there now are very nice & down to earth. Not fake like many of the Canton yuppy bars. I LOVE THIS BAR!!

Hey you guy's John Waters says it's "" the punk Bar that refuses to move up town"" what ever he meant . But it has the the best staff and great bar prices in town. You also should check this place out for the most diverse music town. And what I have been told, one of the best bar owners in town that makes every own feel welcome, ""Richard ""
