2315 Saint Paul St
My boyfriend lives here and even though I drive I love that everything is in walking distance. I really like the luxurious feeling you get when entering the building from both entrances. Actually I think that the best thing about Landbank Lofts are the marble bathrooms with great showers (water pressure) and after that would be the excellent view of the Baltimore City skyline from the two story windows in his loft

16.Thames Point Apartments
1900 Thames St
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. The location is quite simply one of the nicest in the entire city - there's no denying that. But man, the building itself is BEAT. The heat in the lobby has been broken SINCE I MOVED IN, the rugs are disguesting, and the kitchens are bare basics...cheap cheap cheap. Hallways remind me of old, cheap Ocean City motels. Staff is okay...it's not their fault. Whoever owns that place knows how good the location is and hasn't overhauled the place, it looks like, in DECADES. \r \r The entry system is made up of ONE DOOR and an old fashioned key...quite possibly the only $2000 a month apartment building with such an arrangement left in the United States.\r \r Look elsewhere.
17.Wallace H Campbell & Co
1701 Meridene Dr
I am a homeowner at a local property that Wallace Campbell has managed for over 20 years. I feel that we have been treated with the utmost respect. If I call I usually talk with a person but if I get their voice mail than I get a call back within a 24 hours. The people I talk with are very helpful and if they don’t have an answer for me right away they will tell me that they will get an answer and call me back and they usually do. Our accounts are taken care of properly and accurately. For those people that have violations are attended to. If there are delinquent accounts they work with the homeowners before being turned over to the attorney for collections. They work diligently on keeping our delinquent accounts to keep them at a minimum. I really don’t know why someone would say that they are not helpful or disrespectful cause I can attest that they are not.
18.1901 South Charles
1901 S Charles St
Horrible experience with the lease. Read it carefully. They can change their terms anytime and charge you hidden fees. When I contact management about these concerns they stalled for a week while promising to reply with answers. They ended up making excuses on why they can reply and refused to answer any of my questions. They told me to get a lawyer to "interpret" the lease. Yeah... this place is shady.
1037 Maiden Choice Ln
This is the worst place to live there are rats and roaches everywhere and the only way to get rid of them is to use harsh chemicals. People in this place are miserable the new tenants were told that they brought in mice an roaches and its completely untrue any other place is better you can't touch the grass but they still rent to people with children and tell you to send them to the ally where there is heavy traffic and doesnt even belong to them. Do not move here they dont even care about anything but their money that they will get from you. A turn over in tenants is no big deal. Oh and the letter you may recieve is do to circumstances beyond our control is the only reason they give to kick you out. You can find way better places. This is hell to live here take it from me.
20.Park Raven Apartments
1806 Ramblewood Rd Apt A
I have lived at Park Raven Apartments for almost two years. So, as a resident of the community, I have to believe that any five-star review I read online is fake. There is nothing "great" about these apartments. Since living in Park Raven (less than two years) they have gone through 3 different property managers and each has been worse than the one before. As a result, I have experienced some of the worse property management I have ever seen in the last 6-8 months. Maintenance takes weeks to respond to simple calls, if they respond at all, and when they do it's a half fix. They find the cheapest, least expensive way to patch up a repair. Which means the problems are continuous. It's not uncommon for maintenance to fix the same problem over and over with glue, caulk and/or tape. The halls are also in terrible shape. None of the buildings look like the leasing office where the model is. The hallways in the resident buildings have stained, smelly carpet with paint peeling off the walls. It's so bad, I don't even touch the railings while walking up the steps. The leasing office really pushes "home security" when trying to interest a potential renter, but the intercoms to buzz guest in don't work and the front doors don't always close and lock because they are off track. It is also worth mentioning that most of these units DO NOT have a washer and dryer in them. When I first moved into the property I was told that every second floor apartment is washer and dryer accessible. It was only after my moving in and getting the run around, of course, that I realized that was not true. To make a long story short, just save yourself the headache and don't sign a lease with these slum-lords. I am now counting down the months until I can leave this dump without forfeiting my security deposit and destroying my credit.
21.Canal Courts & Lanvale Towers
1300 E Lanvale St
My girlfriend went to pay her brother's rent for him because he had fallen on hard times and the office was very rude asking her "How come he can't pay his own rent? Why are you paying it for him? Is he disabled? No, then why can't he come pay it?" Wish we could find that corporate office number because she was treated very poorly just for trying to help her brother. Maintenance is non existent as well. Stay away!
22.Oaklee Village and Leeds Avenue Apartments
1001 Arion Park Rd
HORRIBLE,RAT INFESTED, ROACH'S, NO PARKING!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE, DO NOT MOVE HERE, OVER PRICED FOR THE AREA, DISGUSTING MY MOM LIVED THERE FOR 4 YRS HER CEILING WAS FALLING IN HER KITCHEN MAINTENANCE IS A NIGHTMARE... DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
8 N Howard St
My roommate and I rented an apartment many problems with it. The windows were not sealed and leaked when it rained. The wind would blow through the windows, making it impossible to heat or cool the apartment. Our ceiling was not sealed either. On several occasions, our upstairs neighbor spilled liquid--one time milk--and it rushed right through the ceiling. As soon as we heard ""oh no"" from above, our floor was soaked. Centerpoint failed to fix any of the problems with our apartment. My towel bar was never properly attached, and maintenance only ""repaired"" the problem by placing the towel rack back on the wall. As soon as a towel was hung, it fell again. And the apartment was very noisy. We could hear it when the upstairs neighbor would walk, turn over in bed, or have anyone over. The street noise was unbearable. Being on the third floor we could hear people on the street talking, and the light rail sounded as if it has a stop in our living room (this is probably due to the thin, poorly sealed windows). When we moved out, I asked about paint charges. I was told that the complex painted once every three years, and that if they were going to do a full paint on our apartment, that we would be charged 2/3 the cost because the paint had depreciated in value 1/3 over our tenancy. When we moved out, every piece of furniture was removed, and the employee recommended a partial paint. Despite this, Centerpoint charged us for a full paint, citing our damage as egregious, and refused to only charge us 2/3 of the cost after they explicitly promised to do so. The pictures we were shown included the broken towel rack, several place rubs on the wall, and two small holes that had been filled with spackle. Nothing was egregious about the pictures, and it was hard to imagine an inspector recommending a partial paint when there was in fact ""egregious"" damage. We lived in an arguably uninhabitable apartment--with a essentially a leaking roof and unsealed windows. Centerpoint exaggerated the damage and refused to apply its painting policy to our apartment.
24.Congress Hotel Apartments
306 W Franklin St Ste 104
Dirty, falling apart, all the pictures on the walls have been stolen, all my Christmas presents I had delivered were stolen and not FedEx and USPS wont even deliver packages to me any longer. The front door buzzer has NEVER worked so ppl have to call you and you have to go down the elevator to open the door. There is no office, doorman or anything. They never heat or air condition the main building or halls so its sooo hot/ cold out there. Takes forever to get things fixed. Says luxury apartments but everything in here is SOOOO old, not working right, and an energy sucker. The elevator breaks frequently. There is NO cart or anything to bring your groceries or anything to your apartment. The old manager stole everyones rent and even some Social Security numbers of the tenants and the property manager knew and did not warn us or fire him. He eventually went to jail for a few days then came back to live in our building! He was a crack addict. Of course a rash of break ins after that. They still tried to make US pay the money that he stole and we had to fight for months over even though we had our receipts and they knew he did it. Look at my pictures of how filthy this place is. DO NOT MOVE HERE
25.The Promenade at Harbor East
1001 Aliceanna St
Many of the tenants of this apartment complex live like animals. They leave their trash all over the building and let their kids run up and down the elevators and halls all hours of the day and night. I finally had to get up at 1am this morning, get dressed, and go down the hall to an apartment and tell them to quit letting their kids scream and play. This is not the first time it's happened. One of my friends is constantly bothered by hookah pipe smoke from her neighbors even though there's allegedly no smoking in the apartments. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
1323 N Woodington Rd
I have been living at wildwood gardens apartment for 3 years and literally, its the worst apartment complex ever... I wouldnt refer them to a homeless person, if they were giving the apartments out for free!!! They are very unprofessional and nonchalant about doing their work. I had mold in my apartment for months until i had to call the health department and the complex recieved a citation... They rushed to fix it then.. I had a broken window for two weeks. i called the rental office, corporate and even wrote them a letter, when they finally came to fix it, they act like i was the issue. I never got a apology for having to live on a relatives couch for 2 weeks until they felt like fixing it. The entry doors for the apartment doesnt work until this day. I've even have experiences where random drunk people was banging on my door. The hall way light is always out. I leave out for work at 6am, before the sun even thinks about coming out. A guy was just sitting in the hall way just chilling. WTF.... This place is the worst ever now i know why the rent is sooo cheap. Im getting the hell out of here as soon as i finish school this year... Ugh wish me luck
27.Holly Lane Apartments
4908 Crenshaw Ave Ste C

201 S Beechfield Ave
Don't move here unless you have no other choice! The staff thinks nothing of stealing your stuff and giving it away! The management does not respond timely to requests for maintenance issues! I moved in 3 days ago and the carpet is still not cleaned, the dishwasher is broken and lots of little things need to be fixed. No disabled parking! I have to walk 1/2 mile from the car to the apartment! Just say NO!!

30.Fairways At Towson
6920 Donachie Rd
DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place. We've had mice the entire time we've been here. Seen them running from room to room, droppings EVERYWHERE, chunks of carpet missing. The response was to place sticky traps (without telling us and my dog got stuck to one bc I didn't know they were there), and put mesh in between carpet and floor boards to "patch" the burrow hole. Well guess what, the mice dug around the mesh. Maintenance came and said our apartment was very clean and definitely "the exception" even though the lease states that fines will be given if maintenance deems an apartment "unclean". We have been in contact with resident services, "pest control", and maintenece NUMEROUS times about this and not only is the lack of urgency abhorrent but the "solutions" are pathetic. Obviously the problem is not us...as we are "the exception". The noise level is ridiculous. We have several families living in our building and our upstairs neighbors have several children who run around at all hours, tear down the stair well, hang out in the stair well, leave trash EVERYWHERE, play soccer in the stairwell and parking lot (often hitting cars). There is always trash everywhere. Once there was a bag of vomit outside. Bags of trash strewn all over the lawn where I'm supposed to walk my dog. There is not short supply of unhealthy and dangerous things for him to find in the grass (once a razor). There is frequent police activity in the complex- and im not talking one cop car. I mean an influx flying into the complex with lights and sirens blaring.
