Ok I took my Galaxy tab 3 8.0 there to get the the screen fix since my son cracked it.. Took then a week to get the part in and on top of that receive a call saying they broke the LCD so I had to wait another week finally got it back paid $110 dollars came home and notice that that at times the apps would open it would freeze there was marks behind the screen.. I went in to see if the could fix it and of course they found way to say it's not there fault that is a galaxy making me feel like my tablet was a piece a crop sorry I paid good money for it... Then the owner comes out saying the only thing he could do if brake the screen and give me my money back like really I heard good things about this place and look what happens only went in to get my a new screen for my tablet they brake the LCD like wtf.... NEVER again will I take any of my stuff there...

Called this store to inquire about my upgrade to the Iphone 5S. I was told that they have been selling out but they had a few in stock. I was informed that the sale of the phone was on a first come, first serve basis and if I wanted one I should come there ASAP. Fair enough, I can understand that so off I went. After arriving and awaiting my turn which was not too long I told the sales associate that I was here to purchase my upgrade, The Iphone 5S. He said he was not sure they had anymore left but would go to the back and see. I had just said that I had talked to them about 20 minutes ago and was told they had some left. After about 15 minutes of waiting the sales rep comes in with my Iphone and a host of other accessories. I was then informed that in order to purchase my phone I HAD TO PURCHASE AN ACCESSORY such as a case. blue tooth, ect. The phones they had in stock were only for NEW LINES TO BE ACTIVATED and not for longtime Sprint customers looking to upgrade. I WAS MAD to say the lest, how can they get away with a forced purchased in order to let me purchase my upgraded Iphone! At the point I had the rep call Sprint Customer service and I told him the whole story. Ofcourse the manager at the Stockdale site had stepped out to lunch as the customer service rep on the phone had wanted to speak to her. As it turns out, The customer service rep from the main office was willing to give me a credit of $100.00 billed over 4 months to cover the Otter box that had to be purchased in order for me to have my phone. This store charges $49.99 for their lifetime warranty Otter Box. I am glad that Sprint customer service number did resolve the problem for me but I am just disgusted at the shady selling technique of this Sprint store located in Bakersfield. Just be warned what to expect when going there to purchase your upgraded phone.

We went here to get a new phone, service was terrible the sales associate was new. I asked for a port in from Metro PCS and a couple of other things. I had a referral code that allows me to get $25 off my payment and a friends upon activation and even after mentioning this to her 3 times she failed to put it in. Also we waited for about an hour before her superior came to assist.
