Killian Pest Control
I have been a loyal customer for this company for over 10 years. They are all very professional, they come every time I need them, cost is reasonable and they care for my pets in regards the chemicals they use to protect my house and my business from pests.

Unfortunate what happened to the other reviewer on here. But I have used them for over 20 years at my home and 10 years at my business. I have never had a problem with them. Their office staff has always been helpful and professional. When we have had a issue between services they have always responded promptly.

O'conner Pest Control Bakersfield
Totally agree with Christina G. and Corona69, Bill Williams and his low class budget company are horrible. He needs to be put out of business!!! BEWARE of Bill Williams and Hydrex. There are more bad reviews on this man just keep Googling. I wish I didn't have to even give a 1-star review, but otherwise I couldn't post this important consumer info. Again, he and his worthless company deserve an F!

Wow Pest Control
Our family just moved into a new place. Soon after we found out that we had roaches in the kitchen and spiders throughout. We were very frustrated. We've had problems in the past and wanted to make sure we chose the right company that could get the problem under control quickly. We saw Wow Pest Control in our neighborhood and thought we'd discuss our situation with the pest guy. We were very impressed with their knowledge of roaches. The gentleman explained the entire process to us. We decided that we would give them a shot, and were glad we did! They were able to get rid of the roach problem as explained. We couldn't be more happy. We recommend Wow Pest Control to anybody that is having pest concerns. They really know their stuff and aren't just talk. Good thing we noticed them when we did.
Tips & Advices
Fumigation is dangerous to pets and humans. Liquid termicides, however, are safe to use around pets.
No. Because termite infestations are considered preventable, most home insurance policies do not cover treatments or damage.
It's best to treat an entire home to ensure the termite infestation is completely eliminated. Spot treating costs less, but increases the likelihood of missed colonies. In addition, spot treatments can make a home unattractive to future buyers.
The cost to eliminate termites varies depending on the method. Bait costs between $150-$300, while fumigation costs $1,300-$2,500. Heat treatment costs around $1 per square foot, so a 2,500 square-foot home would cost $2,500.
The length of time depends on the process used:
  • Fumigation takes approximately five days. The termites die quickly, but homeowners must remain out of the house until the chemicals clear.
  • Bait exterminations can take months to destroy an entire colony. The bait kills termites during the molting process. If an insect eats the bait and does not molt, it is unaffected.
  • Heat extermination takes approximately eight hours and is environmentally friendly. This process heats the home to 150 degrees F.
