It's a good thing I have a sense of humor and understand we're all only human as I've had some less than stellar experiences with Enterprise but they've always made it right in the end. I've rented from them nearly exclusively for most of my adult life. Clearly there is a reason I keep coming back to them. It is because even when the detail team leaves the receipt of the previous renter in the console or misses an empty chip back someone shoved in the rear cup holder they continue to work to make my experience the best they can. It is obvious the team at this location gets on well together and enjoys working with the public. Customer services wise, they are top notch. My only suggestion is to possibly have a second set of eyes walk the car before it's handed over to the new renter. Often times that second set of eyes catch what the first missed. These guys work hard but never stop delivering in customer service. That's why I know I'll be back again.

I rented a studio from them once back in late 2008. During my appointment, the girls that worked there hadn't even called my references, although they lied and said they did. They were incompetent, really. The studio was filthy when I moved in. The carpet was unwashed and debris was scattered all around it. The stove was dusty and old. The oven didn't work. No fridge. There was a dryer there that hardly worked and no washer. The bathroom had pieces of a broken crack pipe near under the sink, which was awful considering I had an infant at the time. Anytime I needed maintenance done, I would be lucky if they came out the same day, or they'd be really late when specifying a time. Two starts for Mr. Boydstun taking my spotty work history and horrible credit and giving me a chance to rent.

Able Property Management
Considering the large number of homes and multi-family units Able manages for all owners throughout Bakersfield, there is probably a lot of pressure from a workload standpoint on your relatively small staff. In response to that, most of our contact with the office staff have been with a couple people. They have all gone out of their way to help in any way possible and we are truly grateful for the assistance. And although we have not done a competitive survey as far as Able’s pricing compared to other property management firms, we consider Able’s fees very reasonable. Thank you for your continued service.

Able Property Management
The people I’ve come in contact with are friendly and cordial. When I had an issue with a lost rent check they gave me the benefit of the doubt and worked with me to get it taken care of. I think they could tell I was quite anxious and nervous but they did their best to put my mind at ease. The missing check was found, mistakenly filed away when it shouldn’t have been. I was assured this wasn’t going to happen again and I believe them. Mistakes happen, but it’s how people react and deal with mishaps that speak volumes about their company. Glad to know Able works with me instead of against me.

Debby Krohn!!!This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. She has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities. She is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering her phone. Paramount repair
I m a picky guy when it comes to people servicing things in my house, but I ve got to admit I m pretty impressed with Paramount repair. There are guys who can get the job done, and then there are guys who can GET THE JOB DONE. Raul was fast, did a good job, was great with the communication, and they had a sense of humor to boot. It s sad how hard that is to find these days. If I ever have another problem with my dryer I m going right back to these guys. A+, that dryer didn t stand a chance.

Able Property Management
The girls in the front office are very nice and helpful but maintenance request is a problem. I have contacted them a few times either by phone, email, or request located in the office. Some of my request have been responded to and others ignored. A few of the things they were supposed to fix were not corrected properly and I still have the problems. These are little minor details that I have to deal with but other than that everything is good.

Had to wait for the car to come. It was taking so long she gave me another car. The oil change light was on and the car needed a wheel alignment very bad. The lady was very sick and coughing on everything with out tissue to cover her mouth. When I was returning the car she was still coughing and another customer said something about it. Like hope I don't get sick and whip the keys off or something.
Tips & Advices
If the washing machine is overloaded or all the clothes are packed to one side, the imbalance can cause the washing machine to jerk and shake. These vibrations can be violent enough to slam the machine against other objects, possibly causing damage to its exterior.

Proper maintenance helps most home appliances last longer. Homeowner's should check their user's manuals for insight on how often to inspect, clean or upgrade their appliances.
