Well I had a problem with my Moen shower valve. I was planning on fixing it myself but just did't want to spend $50 on a one time tool. So I saw the high rating on West Coast Construction Plumbing. I called and Bryan said he would be right out there. He replaced the valve but it kept leaking. He had a job to do on the east side. He said that he would pick up another valve. Well he installed it and the problem was fixed. He was Professional and very quick to come out and fix my problem. I highly recommend West Coast Construction Plumbing. If I have any other plumbing issues I will be giving them a call.

Frontier Plumbing
What an amazingly helpful company! They went over and above my expectations in handling my water heater issue. From the customer care rep Jenna who was pleasant and understanding, to the knowledgeable technician Mitch who took the time to explain the whole process and make sure I was comfortable with the repair, I couldn't have asked for better service. Because of this when I needed upgrade my tired old faucets I had them back out to install them. I received again prompt, polite, and professional service. If you want care and attention to detail this is the company to choose.

ZERO STARS!! By far THE WORST company I've ever had to deal with. My water heater has warranty in which their company is contracted through whirlpool. They were supposed to fix the heater at no cost to me except labor of course. 1st time a technician came out was to only charge me 260.00 for cleaning the heater & adding a vent. Didn't fix heater, because a plumber"Mitch" didn't want to check gas lines which was bizarre because he's a plumber!! Second time around now that gas lines were checked & cleared through a Roto Rooter plumbing (at no charge). Called to reschedule another appt Only to be notified that I would be paying an extra 275 to fix the problem.I began to question why I had to pay so much if the parts were covered through my warranty they disagreed we went back and forth I spoke to a woman by the name of Michelle who gave me a very nasty attitude basically yelled and said if I didn't like it to find another company that would service me because she was not going to serve me as if she had the authority to do so I then spoke to the supervisor Rick Palmer who I thought would have helped the situation. No,he too had a tone in his voice that sounded lazy & as if he didn't care. The tchnician, the customer care, nor the supervisor showed any kind of care or empathy towards the fact that I've been without a water heater for a month now so no I would NEVER recommend this company. It is by far the WORST I have ever came across.

Ryan did a great job. I had a problem toilet that required him to come back two times to add parts and he replaced them at no extra charge and never complained. He also did a great job replacing my sink faucet. My location was out of the way as well.Gary S

I have been very satisfied with all he has done for me. He is a very pleasant person ready to take care of what your problem may be. I know when I call on him he makes every effort to be there very consciences and responsible. I know when I call him for any problems I don't need to worry the job will be done and his prices are reasonable. Thanks for all your hard work Mr . Breeding
Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
