Santa Rosa Apartments
Lived there 4 months and glad to be out. The management was unresponsive to most needs and did not return calls. My car was broken into, vandalized, and I was left with a $600+ bill to make it operational again, so do not think their courtesy patrol means anything. The paint was so thick in the apartment that the doors stuck. I was scared to have my kids close the bathroom door, because I knew that they would not be able open it without help. The windows and doors provide no hot/cold resistance to the outside, so our electric bill was usually $200/month in the winter for a 1000 square-foot placeā€¦that is ridiculous.People rummage through the trash bins almost on the hour throughout the day and night.Furniture is discarded near the dumpsters and often sits there for weeks before being removed.Be aware that they will make you pay for a professional carpet cleaning out of your deposit when you leave. I had to pay that even though the maintenance person who did the walk through agreed that the place was cleaner than when we moved in. Also, they never told us we owed any remaining utility costs when we moved out, and then a little over a month after we moved out, we received a gas bill for $1.98 with a $35.00 collection fee, and the management had no ability to deal with it on my behalf. They often just tell you to deal with it. If the management knew what they were doing, they would have taken the residual out of my despite, BEFORE returning it to me, and saved me the $35 collection fee.I would recommend against living at the Santa Rosa apartments. If you have other options you can consider, it would probably be best to live somewhere else.Good luck.

Love this place, I lived here for about 3 yrs the management and maintenance staff are very nice and caring. Always get stuff done on a timely manner also my apartment was super clean when I got it and its been like that for the 3 yrs that I've lived here. I have not seen not one bug since I've moved in. I have great neighbors all in all happy with this place I call home.

Glenbrook Apartments
We move on Nov 2012. We are very happy with our townhouse. The manager is very nice. When we move some things were broken. However the Manager took care of everything. I wish we would have more washer and dryer machine, besides that everything else is fine. Is a quite place to live and is very close to Castle elementary school where my child goes.

Colony Square Apartments
The emergency number listed on the outside of the leasing office is the same as the main number. Also, the security gates only work half the time, along with the plumbing and then there are the bugs!!! ive lived in apartments most of my adult life & the only place that has as many bugs as this place is Pine Brook Apartments on Belle Terrace!!

Bridgemont Terrace Apartments
Great location! Parking and security are a bit lacking. Lots of turnover in the management staff during the time I lived there. Very overpriced for the size of the unit and what you get in return for your money.

I felt safer with the additions of cameras & added security. The office & maintenance staff are always helpful & friendly.
