Very disappointing. No one answering the call button for extended periods of time. No one available to take my relative to the restroom when she could not walk. Cob webs in window. Meals served very late. Meds often late or missed.

  • Shocked

Went to visit my mother, she did not have lunch at 2:30 PM. There were ants on the floor. They did not know where her

wheelchair was, and her call button was on the night stand to her right. She has had a stroke and can not use her

right arm! All the staff said it was the earlier shifts fault and after all it was the weekend! SHOCKING !

Two others were with me..... everything noted here they also heard and saw. Think twice about putting a loved one here.
