$$$$$ Double the fee of their competitors. They tell you they are "in network" with your insurance provider, but what they do not tell you is that THEIR fees are DOUBLE the contracted fees of ARIAS Imaging just across 35. If you have a high deductible or a high co-payment, GO ELSEWHERE. They are not honest or forthright that they get higher fees with their insurance contracts. Fees should be determined by area, not by who they are. My MRI no contrast cost me $1600, I just received a call from ARIAS it would have only cost me $675. I should have waited and went there, had I know this I would have.

Austin Radiological Association
So this little jewel of a healthcare services wants your money, or they might break your legs. Recently, my brother moved and you know, sometimes all your mail doesn't get to you... That was the case here, so a procedure that was done in April did not have a corresponding bill reach him until July. So it turns out, they turned him into a collection agency that they OWN. Believe me you can go back and forth with them, but the will not take it off your credit even if you pay, even well under the standard of $200. My advice, find a more consumer driven site to have any imaging work, or don't be surprised when two burly men show up with a lead pipe with your knee written all over it.

I have been to them several times and had great service each time. I have had x-rays and MRIs and all were professional handled.

Austin Digital Printing
I have used Austin Digital printing both for my business- letterhead, flyers, tri-folds, and business cards, and my personal- party invitations and RSVP cards, and they have been consistently timely and accurate. They provide me with a printed proof sometimes even the same day, and they have never failed me, even when I've had a fast deadline. Gerald and the rest of the staff have been outstanding.

WOW! I had a ridiculously fast turn-around project that needed to be done and delivered in Austin — and I'm in Pennsylvania! Gerald was very helpful and the client was VERY pleased with the quality of the printing. I would highly recommend and hope to use Austin Digital again in the future!

People who cut their own hair must be the same people whom order their business cards "on line", poor results are almost guaranteed. Al Campos with Austin Digital Printing was a pleasure to work with. I just picked up my 2014 business cards and they look fabulous. They were ready ON TIME and at the QUOTED PRICE so no surprises. Al took the time to find out what my needs were and exceeded my expectations with what will be one of many orders to follow. There seem to be as many printers in this town as there are actors in California so I'm glad I found the "George Clooney" of advertising specialties.

Austin Digital Printing
I am a freelance graphic designer, I recently moved here from Denver and finding a printer for digital is never easy in a new city. I sent requests for bids to several printers, ADP came back with the best pricing. Not only was the price good, the service and quality was outstanding. I printed a wedding package with Austin Digital Printing to include, Save the Dates, Invites, RSVP cards and programs on Neenah Sundance (felt cover). The quality and quick turnaround was fantastic. As an experienced Graphic Designer (12+ years), I would highly recommend ADP, if you are looking for: attention to detail quality product competitive pricing Gerald is very attentive and super easy to work with.

I've been working with Austin Digital Printing since the beginning of the year. My sales representative is Betsy Horton. She is a true professional and extremely patient, which is an important attribute when working with someone like me. Betsy always provides me with the information that I need in a timely manner and likes to surprise me by going "above and beyond" by suggesting alternate solutions to my printing needs. Betsy, Gerald and the rest of the Austin Digital Printing team are always willing to go out of their way to help me make my advertising campaigns a success. I would highly recommend Betsy and Austin Digital Printing!

Tips & Advices
Radiological exams can be either diagnostic or interventional. Diagnostic exams are intended to detect the presence of a certain condition, like a bone fracture or a tumor inside the body. Interventional radiology uses imaging techniques to assist in treating a condition, usually through surgery, but the procedure itself is not intended to have a direct impact on the outcome of the disease.
The exact process of an exam will vary depending on the specific type of imaging procedure and the goal of the test. Patients will usually be situated near a machine that will direct the appropriate form of energy to the part of the body being examined. Technicians help patients perform the necessary steps to complete the process.
Most imaging exams do not have any immediate side effects. The most important side effect of many forms of radiology is the exposure to small doses of radiation. In almost all cases, a single exam will deliver a radiation dose that is too low to have any effect, but over repeated exposure, the risk of developing cancer from this radiation increases. Radiologists take several precautions to limit exposure on behalf of patients as well as themselves and their staff.
Results from an imaging procedure may be available almost instantly (as with X-rays and ultrasound), or might take a few minutes to develop. However, in some cases it will take a radiologist additional time to analyze and report on the images collected, so results may be delayed by a few hours or days.
Radiologists can perform a variety of imaging procedures depending on their specialty. Common examples include:
  • X-rays.
  • Computed tomography (CT scans).
  • Ultrasound.
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
  • Positron emission tomography (PET).
  • Interventional radiology: Using specialized imaging techniques to assist with surgery, either immediately before or in the process of a surgical procedure.
