Terrible experience with this place and management. I would like some responsible person in upper management for the Austin area to contact me.I have tried to search for the general manager or someone in upper management at AMLI but am not able to find a contact.

Eagles Landing
Donna gave us wrong key when we moved in . So we had to pay for motel that Jaime stated that we get a refund back. District manager talked to us like we were low lifes. We moved in to apt due to we got flooded and the hall floors had nails coming out of them and no siding. The kitchen floors and other floors had not been washed for years . Orange and lime and pink and blue rooms not all painted same colors. The walls were holy and carpet looked like bug infested. The mintaince man told us no time to clean carpet fot us deadline so he had to lie. The carpets had stain on them and no carpet between living room and hallway it had holes and bare concrete showing. maintenance would come in they would never fix anything half ass do things. we have emails to prove that we had leaks and they told us to put a bucket under it that they could not fix it because it was the weekend . our front door fell off and we had to fix it ourselves they say they have security and on call maintenance and that some joke . they also state that they repair all we were told by the district manager those were old apartments and they don't repair anything . The pool was closed down from the state health department people are still swimming even though there's a no swimming sign . drug sales and women that party and drink and sell drugs all over that place trash all over the parking lot where they have to hire someone to clean it up one dumpster that there is trash all over the place and we have photos of all even have emails from the management with laws that they tail they go through maintenance people like you go through underwear . and Donna is the biggest joke of all lies about everything and emails that she was out to get us we have proof that they showed us a $300 bill for moving out a month early and then it goes up to $1400 move out cost what jokes district managers and other companies or nurrock all have bad reviews also

Legacy at Southpark
Legacy at Southpark (James on South First) is an amazing property! I moved in back in May under Roscoe and have had an amazing experience since day one. The second I walked in to my first floor apartment, I was blown away at the quality of the appliances and amenities. 12 foot Cathedral ceilings with very nice quiet fans, beautiful granite counters, wood floors throughout, and stainless steel appliances! The wrap around porch is very spacious and has extra storage with key entry... Everything in mint condition. The AC is cool and evenly distributed with a low power bill! The bathroom is gorgeous and features a huge hotel like tub. This place is so nice! As far as amenities... the infinity pool has gas grills, soon a fridge, and plenty of space! The gym is awesome, the business center is available 24/7, and there is coffee everyday in the community center! I have to say that the best part of living here are the staff: Dacia and Gracie are absolute angels who are always available when I need them, especially after moving in. The maintenance staff is ON POINT! They are polite, prompt, and always know exactly what they are doing. I love living here and look forward to many years ahead. Bluff Springs Townhomes
Great complex with some nice amenities: , swimming pool, pet stations, seating areas for conversation, mailboxes in front of the office, and each apartment has their own private patio and private entry, plus they accept BBQ grills. An apartment is only as nice as the residents make it. We have some that will not follow their lease agreement and feel they have special privileges. I guess you have that in every apartment complex, LOL. The bus runs out in front, it is well lighted. There are some more areas that could be improved on, but we are getting there. Overall it is a good community to live in.

Tanglewood North Apartments
I really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The management and staff are always friendly and willing to help. I have had minimal problems with my unit, however when problems did arise the maintenance staff were always quick to respond and fix my things. Another great thing about Tanglewood is that there is a 24 hour HEB about 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. If you're a UT Austin student, like I am, the shuttle is very convenient. It's directly across from tanglewood, so getting to school is easy and fast. It's relatively cheaper living here than in many Hyde park apartment complexes, where rent is surging. I highly recommend this place.

Bluff Springs Townhomes
This is a well maintained property. The staff is always helpful and the apartment is great for the price. They also have a beautiful pool that my friends and I enjoy. It's a great place to live if you want more than just a regular apartment. :)

A Plus Apartment Locating
Rick is the best!Since I am moving to Austin from out of State, the apartment search online had been very stressful until I called A+. I had been very nervous about leasing online without visiting the property. Fortunately, Rick is so good at his job that he was very familiar with the property and was able to provide pictures and additional information that helped me to comfortably make a decision to lease without worries. I signed a lease only 2 days after contacting him. Definitely a 5 star locator service. Thanks Rick

Fountain Terrace Apartments
DO NOT RECOMMEND FOUNTAIN TERRACE APTS.. Not a safe or pleasant environment. Laundry machines dirty and/or broken. Manager & Maintenance are Verbally rude, insulting & abusive to tenants. Street people urinating on property and sleeping under stairs and in upstairs laundry rooms, used needles lying around with children on property. There was a gas explosion & a death in the swimming pool. Disturbing letters & notes left on tenant doors. A tenant shot his gun sending a bullet thru my studio two of us were residing in. There was mishandling of my account where I FOUND a sizeable CREDIT that the Manager attempted to cover up a second time. Agencies were contributing to my account due to cancer, etc. I had to immediately start depositing my rent in Fountain Terraces bank account for my protection. Suddenly the Manager became the victim. Professionals saw first hand and all findings were in the Manager's own writing. My physicians placed Fountain terrace on a NO REFERRAL LIST. I got out of my lease on a Constructive Eviction in MY FAVOR by the Manager and got 100% of my deposit back. While in an ACTIVE LEASE the Manager left one note on my door that reads "If you can pay more during the year come tell me". With a credit on my account I guess he wanted more. The Manager denied it and I gave him a copy of his own note. If I can save a single person from going to Fountain Terrace Apts. for the same experience I accomplished something good out of a horrific stay at Fountain Terrace Apts. I wish there was an agency that would oversee complex' like Fountain Terrace Apts. The Manager also calls all his tenants liars which only tells on him.

A Plus Apartment Locating
I have to recommend Lisa Victorian. When I found out that I would be relocating to Austin, I did my research online and tried to pick out a few potential favorites from an overwhelmingly long list of apartments in South/Central Austin. Deciding that I wanted some assistance, I was referred to Lisa. She quickly answered my call, we chatted for a few minutes about what I was looking for, and within a couple of hours, was already back to me with multiple amazing properties. She found unbelievable deals, talked to the properties for me, and was able to meet the very next day to view them.Not only did she save me a ton time but she went above and beyond to provide a wonderful, effortless experience and ultimately helped me find a better apartment AND deal than I could have imagined doing on my own.-Tyler
