YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

They are professional, friendly, and compassionate. The downside is the closest branch or usable ATM is in Sierra Vista. That's a long drive from Green Valley. But we have banked with them for almost 40 years. Well worth it!

(This review is for Renee' In Austin. His actual number is 512-721-9234) Great experience with Renee and he did just what he said he would do. I spoke with Renee over the phone first and then finalized the deal when I got to the dealership, and he was great to deal with. Renee answered all my questions and stayed with me until I was ready to leave. He was the major reason why I bought here and of course I love my Kia Soul. I really feel that he went above and beyond his duties to find me my car of my dreams.

I use UFCU but do not have an account there. My credit union is located out of state, and UFCU is a "shared branch." I do all my banking at UFCU, although there are many shared branches to choose from. I use the drive-thru, and even if the lines are long, I always get my transactions completed quickly. The tellers are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help you. I am very satisfied with UFCU. Their professionalism and friendliness is top notch.

VERY SATISFIED! We have been with Austin Telco since I arrived in Texas 21 years ago. Initially it was a second account but we switched all of our banking to them. They have always been helpful and have financed multiple vehicle purchases for us over the years and always at great rates. I recommend them. Friendly staff & free ATM is always nice too!

I have been with UHCU for 4 months now, and they have proven themselves on a matter regarding payment schedule on a personal loan which I had open. Have worked with banks for years and unless you normally carry 10K or more in an account, you will deal with issues related to temporary overdrafts and shifting money between accounts. As I said, I had a problem with the date a loan payment was due, and Deena Massa was very courteous and worked with me to get this matter resolved. Thanks Deena! Your assistance was appreciated and I look forward to doing more business with UHCU for both banking and loans/lines of credit.

Established in 1952 In 1951, employees of the Department of Public Welfare began to explore the opportunities of forming a credit union. After several meetings, ten employees were appointed to form a credit union. On January 4, 1952 an application for charter was filed and granted. Thus, the Texas DPW Federal Credit Union was formed. On January 1, 1977, the credit union name was changed to Texas DHR Federal Credit Union to reflect the new name of our sponsor, Texas Department of Human Resources. In February of 1986, the credit union's main sponsor once again changed its name, this time to Texas Department of Human Services. After much consideration, and the question of credibility amongst the members with our name changing again, Greater TEXAS Federal Credit Union was chosen since the membership was now more diversified. The success and future of GTFCU lies not only in the brick and mortar buildings of our offices, but in the minds and hearts of our greatest asset, our members and staff.

Wow - what a difference a credit union is from a bank! The Lakeway location (3317 S. RR 620, Lakeway Texas, 78738) is already like an old friend to me. I have my business and my personal accounts there. They have fast extremely personal service. The manager, Carisa, takes a personal interest in my overall experience at her facility. They have all sorts of conveniences. My favorite is that when I lose my check card (which is embarrassingly - all too frequent) they can cancel the old one and print the new one right there while I wait, which is hugely helpful.

Government Employees Federal Credit Union (GEFCU) is Austin's oldest credit union. Formed in 1931 by postal employees and originally named Federal Employees Credit Union, it is also one of the oldest financial institutions based in Austin that remains independent and locally owned. Rates, dividends, lending policies, and other business matters are regularly decided upon by an elected, local, all-volunteer Board of Directors. GEFCU offers services such as low rate loans, low fixed rate credit cards, free notarization, money orders, wire services, night depository, mobile application, free home banking, remote check deposit and more. The National Credit Union Administration insures members accounts up to $250,000 providing deposit protection backed by the United States Government.
