I worked with TradeSTAR at this location for three years. Like any employer not everyone is a fit but for those with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn or continue a career and a positive attitude there is a lot of opportunity to work on some of the largest projects in Texas for teams known for being the best at what they do.

Unbelievable that a company would interview someone and then not hire them. I mean really... There ought to be a law that if someone thinks they are qualified for a job and they get in for an interview, the company should be forced to hire them. I don't know why this company thinks they are special.

This place is useless. They place job ads on Craigslist every week. You call them because their ad matches your experience. They get you to come in for an interview right away. You literally sit in the office for 2 hours for an extensive interview, fill out a W-2, even take a drug test. Then they tell you it will take 2-3 days to get in contact with the references you listed.

Well, a week after my interview and no call, I called the guy who interviewed me. He was in a meeting. Left message. He didn't call back. Called the next day. He wasn't in the office. Left message. He didn't call back.

So decided to email him AND the second guy who sat in on my interview. NOTHING. Neither guy couldn't be bothered to respond.

Another week passed and I got a little pissed because these people had all my personal information and couldn't be professional and return my calls, so I decided to call back again. "He's in an interview." Left message. Yep, he NEVER called me back.

I even sent a message in the contact form on their web site asking for someone to tell me what was going on. Guess what? NOTHING.

Avoid these people. They collect a lot of personal information about you then ignore you.
