I am so thankful to the wonderful doctors and nurse practitioners at the craniofacial clinic who worked so hard to take care of my child and return her to me. I can never, ever thank them enough. Great hospital that took amazing care of my Dad. I couldn't have asked for a more caring place for him to go after his stroke. We had plenty of choices and went out on a limb and chose this place after taking a tour. Great people and a great place!

Excellent treatment from a top notch hospital and staff. In this day and time, I truly didn't think there were people that actually care about someones well being anymore. Seton proved me wrong in every way. Hats off to all of your nurses and doctors for saving my daughters life and restoring compassion and kindness into our community. Well done Seton Northwest.
16.North Austin Surgery Center
12201 Renfert Way Ste 120
"Avoid this place." I sat in the lobby for an hour and a half after having suffered through the prep for a colonoscopy. I was week and so dehydrated my muscles were cramping, yet they did nothing for me. I arrived on time; THEY were 1 1/2 hours late. I asked if I could at least lay down somewhere. "Sorry, we're full." The receptionist did nothing to help me, and their anesthesiologist did nothing when I told her I could feel everything they were doing. You're not supposed to feel or remember anything, or so they say. I wasn't even offered anything to eat or drink during this and had to ask afterwards and was finally given a Coke and a pack of crackers. I am under the honest, frank, non-biased impression that no one at the North Austin Surgery Center truly cares about their clients. An hour and a half in a waiting room after fasting and prepping for a colonoscopy is ridiculous. Like I said, AVOID IT.

A special thank you to Shelley Baker and Dr. Kvale for looking after Kimmie the past year at our house. I am still furious with the way patients are treated at this hospital. It isn't any secret that they treat patients terribly, yet, still to this day nothing is done about it. I will never forget a CNA named Sara who was unprofessional and rude. I was misdiagnosed in this hospital and left with a grocery list of prescriptions that I don't need. Not to mention I am now on no prescription drugs. I would constantly refuse blood tests and they had to nerve to drug me up at night and then come in at 2 am to take blood and call that "consent." I will never forget Dr. Kjome and her horrible residents. I admit I did need professional help at that time of my life, and I remember the name of the CNA that listened to me and believed in me, his name is Eric. The Doctors take credit for what the CNAs do, LISTEN. I ended up obtaining all documents and notes that were taken during my stay, and I suggest you do the same if you were a patient there.
