YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

aLL of you commenters say bad things about this barn just because your kids say so... THEY ARE KIDS! And who cares about the summer camp, the actual barn is amazing. The facilities are outstanding, and the horses are cared for very well. For example, my horse got sick one night, and no one would have noticed if the workers weren't so attentive! The trainers are all profesional, highly experienced adults, and give great lessons. There is no covered ring, but the drainage system is pretty good. The lesson horses are very well cared for and their paddock is safe and spacious, although it does get a little muddy after rain, but common people...THEIR HORSES! There is a wide variety of fun from the begginer rider, to the more advanced, and there is even a tack shop right on the property for all of your horsey needs!!! GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!1

We LOVED the carriage ride with Beth. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and she was awesome and was so very friendly!! We will definitely do it again sometimes in the near future. One thing though... we were staying at the Radisson and asked the lady at the desk how to go about getting a carriage. She said we would have to walk down to the Driskill Hotel to catch one... but the carriage will bring us back to the hotel. I knew that info was wrong because I had looked you up on the internet about a year ago. Thats where I went back and got your phone number and had Dale call you. Perhaps you might want to set the hotel straight so you wont possibly be losing business. Thank You,

I learned more in 4 months of lessons than I did at three years at another facility. I think CassidyV answered their own question about reading list of fees carefully. None of their fees are unreasonable. It's your own fault if you didn't understand or read the "fine print". And yes, most businesses exist to make money. It's quite silly and naive to think otherwise.

We took our Brownie Girl Scout Troop (2nd Grade) this past Friday to visit the farm. Cowgirl Flo has limitless patience for all the questions my girls asked. We did the entire package and the girls learned so much, it was amazing. They learned detailed parts of the horse and then got to label the sweetest horse, Missy with stickers on her body parts. The girls learned about teaching horse tricks, they learned about the different kinds of horses. The horse back riding was a real treat. I was stunned how much the girls were able to apply of what they learned, as we left one of our girls said ""Cowgirl Flo, I already miss Missy."" The girls fell in love with horses and I could not have asked for a more perfect experience on the farm. I would not have changed one single thing. Thanks Cowgirl Flo for a great introduction for the girls to horses!!!

I moved my horse to Cornerstone Farm a few months ago. The location is fantastic, beautiful and very convenient. The care provided to the horses is impressive. Jose, the barn manager is dedicated and meticulous in his care of the horses. Jen, the owner has been easy to work with and helpful in all respects. The stress level is low and all of the horses are well cared for, relaxed and happy. It is a great place to go to get away from the everyday stresses. Everyone I have met is friendly and happy to help if you need it. It is a great place to relax, enjoy the horses and the beautiful scenery.

I LOVE the horses at Bear Creek Stables! The instructors are GREAT, they are so patient. I have been riding at Bear Creek Stables for over one year, so I have rode over half of their horses. I have always been pleased with every horse that I have rode. Cindy

Likewise, I have had a wonderful experience with Daniel Bedoya, Jr. Who actually is NOT affiliated with MEC. He has his own business, Bedoya Training Stables, which is located AT Manor Equestrian. Bedoya Sr. has a great business as well, great for beginner lessons or those wanting to do the local shows, or have a friendly and safe environment to board their horse.\r --Bedoya Jr. has a business focused on those who want to train and compete at ""A"" Rated shows throughout Texas as well as other states. His barn is also geared towards sales, and there are always great horses available. So basically, there are two businesses at one location, something for everyone!

Clearly being a boarder for the past 10 years says a lot. Many people don't stay for a short time, they're here for the long haul. I can't think of better trainers in the area. They push you, but not to the point of no return. They have definitely pushed me to become a better horse person and have even enabled me to be able to ride and own one of the most stubborn horses I have ever met. I would rather have safety and knowledgable trainers than a gorgeous immaculate barns with trainers who pack 15 horses in a 2 acre pasture and call it okay. While the barn needs some sprucing up, there are plans in the works from what I've heard and many weekends the barn FAMILY has cleaning days to sweep, clean, and dust. All the horses are well taken care of (and fed!) and if anything happens to your horse, you will know within hours (as soon as they find out, really), not the next time you show face at the barn.
