On October 30, 2015, I was making a quick trip from Houston to Dripping Springs for a dear friend's father's funeral then back home to Victoria. I left Houston at 5:30 a.m. and was travelling through Austin when a thunderstorm hit the area! It was about 8:30 a.m. and I pulled off of 35 and took refuge at a Whataburger. Before I could exit my car, the wind pushed it so hard, I started being scared! The assistant mgr let me in the door and then all power went out. I stayed at this store over 4 hours and missed the funeral. During the entire time Tim Moon (mgr) and his awesome staff took wonderful care of all the patrons. It was extremely scary and I was calling or messaging my family, just in case the situation worsened. The entire restaurant staff kept trying to assist any of the patrons in any way they could! The wind and rain got to be over 90 mph! I have videos of the happenings! And with all the power off and security systems in other buildings blaring, plus police and fire trucks sirens wailing. . . it was wonderful to have such caring staff at this Whataburger! I wanted to make this KNOWN to everyone associated with the Whataburger family--Tim Moon and the group at 801 E William Cannon #300 in Austin, TX are phenomenal! Rhonda_griffin@hughes.net

Austin Black Car Service
I use Austin Black Car Service when I travel, for airport transfers. I recognize that a lot of companies out there say things like, "We charge more because we are better." or "With that rate you get what you pay for." But you know what? Austin Black Car Service is the most professional down to earth company my family and I have ever dealt with. With chauffeurs like Joe, Matt, John, and Damian, who arrive well dressed in black suit and ties, not just on time but always early for our convenience and have cold bottled waters or hot coffees with today's paper for my wife and I. And better yet, having beverages for my children and a Family DVD playing for us in our SUV and the biggest point, actually knowing my children s names. With service like people would easily think I pay $100.00, $125.00, even $150.00. My neighbors were amazed to find out Austin Black Car Service charges the same rate as a sedan picking up in the Westlake area. Thanks Joe for taking great care of us with limo from the airport. I wish I would have heard of Austin Black Car Service long ago instead of wasting my precious time with those other companies. I definitely recommend Austin Black Car Service.

P. Terry's Burger Stand
I finally had a P. Terry's veggie burger last weekend and completely fell in love. First of all, a fast food place with a concern for health? Loving it! Second of all, a fast food place with an option for those of us who don't want meat or don't eat meat; amazing! They have beef, chicken, veggie burgers, cheese burgers, and amazing fries. You can get whole wheat buns, and you can add tons of fixins to make your meal even more delicious. Because the food is actually real meat and vegetables, and fresh, the meals are more expensive than normal fast food, but it's worth it. The combos cost at the max about $6.50, but the meals are filling and don't make you feel as guilty as you would if you ordered off the dollar menu from the McDonald's down the street. They also have gigantic dog treats for your dogs; we had 3 dogs in the car, one who is a very picky eater, and they split the treat and ate every last bit. I hope more of these pop up around Texas!

Downtown Doctor
There's no other place like this in Austin. I moved here from Dallas, where there's three great, well-staffed LGBT practices near Oak Lawn. My first physician in West Austin flipped out when I expressed an interest in PrEP and treated me very unprofessionally afterward. The entire practice at Downtown Doctor is LGBT-friendly and professional: the staff, the nurses and the doctor herself. They're also pretty likable, efficient, diverse in every sense and not judgy. Dr. Freeman remembered small details from my first visit almost five months ago. She also gave me options on treating my blood pressure. It's also staffed on Saturday, like my favorite LGBT clinic in Dallas. My sincerest advice to readers: Take these reviews with a grain of salt. My not-so-LGBT-friendly first doctor has a 4.5 rating.

AAA Limousine, Inc.
Just want to thank you again for all of your help and quick response on 6/16/15. My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the show we were attending AND we got there with just enough time to get our picture taken with the Stars! This could have easily been a very disappointing evening but it turned out to be a night we will not soon forget. What great customer service you provided. You went the extra mile and I so appreciated it. Additionally please thank Bruce for adjusting his schedule to meet my short deadline, he was a great driver as was Noel. I am extremely satisfied with your services and plan to use AAA Limo again. Gratefully, Barbara Madrigal

These ladies are really the best! They are both consistently pleasant, polite, professional, efficient, competent, friendly, and kind. I have been so impressed with the way they have handled my appointments amid my crazy schedule, always finding a way to make things work in a way that works for me. I have always felt that they go above and beyond or me at every turn. Check in and scheduling are always smooth and quick. I really appreciate them! They make me feel like this is "my" place and they are always here to help me. Thank you!

Martinez George
My wife and I have been seeing Dr Martinez for over 20yrs. He has been a great Dr and we're both very happy with him. I get a physical every year at work and as I got older my cholesterol went up. I had two doctors recommend that I get on cholesterol medication as a way to fix the problem. Dr Martinez talked to me about changing my diet first which I did and I was able to lower it and haven't had to take any medication. I'm very thankful for his guidance and happy that I don't take any cholesterol medication.

What a great experience we had with AAA LIMO. The limo was spotless and the driver was friendly and completely professional. We had to change our reservation twice (including one that was very short notice) and they were very pleasant thru the process. I realize how difficult customer service can be but this company makes it look easy. You can see that this team of employees truly love what they do for a living. I will never again use anyone else. Thanks for making our experience great! AAA LIMOUSINE

The staff here is so nice! They are very servant oriented and like to bring the food to your table. They come around often to refill beverages and offer to pick up your trash - so helpful for me b/c I have 2 small children! They also do a lot of family friendly events - often once a week! My son loves their kids meals and especially loves their indoor playground. My food has always been fresh and hot, and I like that I can choose sides for my kids besides fries. We frequent this location!

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. We have used AAA LIMOUSINE for years now w.and have always been pleased with their service. MIKE is always my first choice for drivers however, I have never had a bad experience with any of the other drivers. MIKE is so accommodating and trustworthy. When my son flies in on his own occasionally, MIKE is a must. He's the only driver I trust with my son. I know he will be in good hands.thank youAAA LIMOUSINE AGAIN.
Tips & Advices
An osteopathic physician practices a comprehensive form of medicine that takes a holistic approach to a person's health. Instead of specializing in one system or set of organs, an osteopathic specialist focuses on the health of the total body. This includes evaluating environmental factors that affect a person's well-being.
Many family doctors deliver babies, especially in rural areas without a nearby OB/GYN. However, most family doctors only deliver for low-risk pregnancies and do not perform cesarean sections.
Family nurse practitioners are highly educated nurses able to provide medical care individually or with the assistance of another professional. Family nurse practitioners obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then take the National Council Licensure Examination to begin working as a registered nurse. Then, they continue their education and obtain a Master of Science in Nursing. Following that, they become certified in family practice via the American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, allowing them to become certified family nurse practitioners.
Some family doctors provide immunizations while others do not. Typically, doctors who work as part of a large practice are more likely to offer vaccines in-house. Doctors in offices of one to two physicians are more likely to refer patients to a public health department or other immunization provider.
A physician's assistant is a person qualified to perform routine medical services. This individual is professionally licensed and certified, but they may not have the extensive med school education of a doctor. That said, PAs do complete almost three years of postgraduate study and more than 2,000 hours of rotations.
