Air Conditioning Bad News & Good News:Late afternoon Saturday we figured out that our AC was not working (Bad News) so I called Ideal AirCare (512-789-0365) and I couldn't believe Ed actually answered the phone at 4:52pm and although he had been in an attic all day and had a family birthday party that night he told me he would come look at my AC UNIT (Good News) so within 30-mins he had diagnosed the problem and unfortunately I would need a new compressor (Bad News) but within 1-day he had researched the best fit for my house and Sq Footage, then had a recommendation and price that was $400 less than we talked about (Good News) plus he had it installed the next day by 3pm and we slept in a nice cold bedroom that night (Good News) Call Ed Ivie @ Ideal AirCare (512.789.0365) > my wife noticed that they vacuumed the hallway when they were done installing the inside unit... now everybody is happy!

Precision installed an air handling system for us in 3/16; in 7/17 we had a problem with the a/c not cooling the house, and the unit running constantly. Central TX in a record heatwave, I didn't have much hope for a quick app't, however they got a tech out to us the same day we called. From that first call until the system was again running like it should, every person we dealt with was professional, polite, respectful of us, our home and our time. The dispatcher, the diagnosing tech, the lady keeping us updated on the search for parts, and the two techs who installed the new parts--all were great! I recommend this business highly.

We put an ISO for an AC Tech in the neighborhood. Within minutes we had a reply and within 45 minutes a tech showed up. The tech was the owners son and incredibly nice. We had a good conversation as he worked quickly to get things rolling... We went from 74 degrees out of our vents to 51 degrees. I cannot recommend anyone else but them. We plan on using them in the future just based on their family owned model of treating everyone like their neighbors. Thank you guys! Joel and Tayler Martin

I've been a customer of Hank's for the past 11 years, and have had consistently excellent service. Prompt, courteous response to calls, competent technicians who have shown up when they said they would, more than satisfactory service, and great follow-up for any problems. I highly recommend them for any residential heating/ AC needs. I've been an Austin resident for 20 years and they'll always be my first choice.

We have used Hank's since we moved into the house 8 years ago. The first time we chose to call them over another company was only because their sticker was on our AC unit. They have actually serviced this house for the past 20 years through the various owners and have more information on the air conditioning unit history than we do. They are great and reliable company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Totally Cool
Totally Cool has never failed us. Anthony, Shelly, and the rest of the team are always polite and prompt. Anthony, in particular, is quite the miracle worker. He's been able to save us thousands by making our builder's incorrectly installed system work like a dream instead of replacing it completely. If you are in need of AC or heater service, stop readying Yelp reviews and just call already!

Hank's service is fantastic. After trying to deal with a home warranty service and getting NO results, I called Hank. He came out on a Sunday (SUNDAY!) and fixed me up. Gave me a diagnosis and enough refrigerant to get me through until (hopefully) I can get some satisfaction from home warranty. Meanwhile, I'll be calling Hank for any future AC/heating issues.

No one wants AC trouble when it is 95 outside. Hanks got to my house very quickly to fix what was ailing my aging unit. Hank also did not pressure me into replacing the unit, instead recommending what could be done so that it will work for awhile longer. I definitely will call him when it is time to replace it. I recommend this company.

We had an emergency situation at our business and I called first thing when they opened. They had a technician out that morning to fix the problem. They are always great about fixing the problems and getting out to our business in a timely manner.
