The Law Office of Stewart Rojo
Worst attorney I have dealt with. Even for something very simple, this man is less-than-competent. I would not recommend him. He advertises that you will not need to go to court, as he will be there on your behalf. The one date I missed, out of 5, I received a failure to appear. I found out about this years later when I was selling my house, and found a $1500 lien which had to be paid out of my pocket due to his lack of representation. Stay far away from this incompetent joker.

After being denied disability on my 8th hospital visit in 10 months and not being able to work, I contacted BRR and they gathered all the information for my condition. After a lengthy uphill battle, they were able to sucessfully assist me in the disability process. I highly recommend the team at BRR. They were always straight forward and kept me informed of the status. There is no way I could have done this on my own.

The Law Office of Jack Quentin Nichols
At first, I tried to deal with the insurance company on my own, but I wasn’t getting anywhere. I was very impressed with how Jack handled my case. I could concentrate on myself and my recovery.

Attorney Daylan Nyarko is very knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with. She puts her clients first, works dilligently and is easily accessible. Her professionalism surpasses any other attorney/lawyer I've ever met or talked to. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to consult with Ms. Nyarko regarding their tax or legal cases. She gives the best advice and counsel.

BEWARE and do NOT hire this firm if you care about having your medical bills paid and/or an attorney that actually cares and/or having return calls or emails and/or YOUR CREDIT!My fiance and I were in an accident last year so they have two cases with us against another insurance company who has already admitted fault. This case is about paperwork and yet they've managed to screw that up somehow. This is the most unprofessional firm I've ever encountered and don't expect much if you decide to hire them. They've fired two paralegals and one attorney (ours) since we began with them. They've turned our case over to a third attorney with their firm and I've made over a dozen attempts in the last year to contact them with updates and have currently been waiting over a week to talk to my present attorney who just had her paralegal blow me off in a very rude way by calling to say she can't meet with you for the next two weeks because she'll be in court every day.Say goodbye to your credit folks! A "Letter of Protection" was supposed to have been sent to all the emergency services companies who handled our medical care during our accident. Two of them did not receive it and now it's on BOTH of our credit for a tiny bill that costs $264 and it's irreversible. I could have paid it if the first attorney had said something in the first place. And DON'T go to their shady chiropractor. We STILL have problems from the accident and their preferred chiropractic office treats you like cattle (in and out as many people as possible).Completely unacceptable for the amount of money they get paid BEFORE our medical bills see a dime.

Open case in Texas about stolen property from my elderly parents with an open case out of Fort Worth, Texas here in 2017--no help-only wanted money. Did not even care to help. Very poor service and very unprofessional. Fake commercial too.
Tips & Advices
Some immigration processes can take months or even years to resolve. USCIS posts an online list for each field office that shows current processing times for common applications, such as ones for permanent residency, citizenship and proof of citizenship. These estimates provide a sense of the current backlog. An immigration attorney will usually monitor these timelines for you and communicate any updates.
An immigration lawyer might request copies of numerous documents, including a birth certificate, passport, letters from employers, proofs of address, income tax returns and photos/correspondence with family (if you are applying for an immigration benefit via a spouse or family member).
Yes, if you want them to. While an attorney cannot directly answer a USCIS agent’s questions, he or she can provide support and clarification during the interview. Having an attorney present is generally a good idea if you are involved in a complex immigration case.
Yes, for applications such as an adjustment of status (for example, going from a tourist visa to a green card) and citizenship, it is usually a good idea to agree upon a fixed rate that covers all paperwork and responses to evidence requests. This can save you money compared to an rate based on billable hours.
Fee schedules vary significantly depending on the case type. Immigration lawyers usually charge for both the required application fees from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and for their services. Longer, more complex cases such as deportation defenses are more expensive than simpler matters like completing a citizenship application.
