Realizing most of these reviews are really old, I decided to give this place a chance. Needless to say, I was more than pleasantly surprised.The second I walked in the store, I was greeted with a "Welcome to Ulta!" even though the cashiers were busy. Two in particular, Stacy (a quiet, tall person), and Emily (shorter, dark hair) were extremely friendly and helped me find a new mascara I absolutely ADORE as well as a few other things (the store still has a tendency to be a little confusing at times, unfortunately, but I know it's not the fault of the people there).The best person there was a quieter girl (unfortunately, I can't remember her name at the moment... I'm sure it'll come back to me later...) who worked as the skin therapist. Emily directed me to her at one point when I asked her a question about skin care products, and I'm honestly so glad I got the chance to talk to this wonderful girl. She smiled and asked me what I was looking for before making recommendations, most of which I was unsure about until she started explaining the benefits and differences of each one. She even asked me about what I am using at home to see if there was anything I should change about my routine.I eventually decided to get the $20 "microzone" she recommended (they're like mini-facials), and have discovered that it was not only more than I expected, but well worth every penny spent and more. I have never felt my skin so soft and smooth before, and in only 20 minutes! I made another appointment with her in just another couple of weeks, and will definitely be keeping it!

I called yesterday morning to schedule an appointment for early this morning. They had nothing available so I asked if they could call me if they had a cancellation. They called. The salon was easy to find. The lady who checked me in was professional and polite. The premises could use a facelift. Nothing a handyman can't handle. The owners probably dont notice the peeling paint and cracks in the drywall or dull tiles, but new clients do, esp if you call yourself a spa. The client bathroom near the front reception definitely needs some upgrading. It looks nothing like a restroom in a spa.I met Bonnie who was prompt, friendly, professional and nothing short of Amazing! That girl knows her stuff and she did an awesome job for me. I told her what I liked, what I didn't like and what I need. She listened and hit the ball out the park! I am so impressed! My color is beautiful and my cut is Exactly what I asked for. My hair looks and feels like it had a major conditioning treatment, and all she did was color and cut. It is shiny, soft and light. It looks like a million bucks for just under $100. I love it! Thank you Bonnie. See you in a few months. You now have an International client! I will hold off until i come back Stateside for my next cut. I sure wish I had found this place sooner! Bella body design has a wonderful, friendly staff who know what they are doing. I've had 14 sessions on my stomach and the results are AMAZING!!! My skin is tighter, the saddlebags are gone and my clothes fit so much nicer now.Tamie, the owner has your needs and concerns as her top priority. It made me feel very confident when she said that she wouldn't recommend a product to anyone unless she had tried and liked it first.Sue has done all my treatments. She knows what she's doing, friendly, and my appointments are always on time.If you are looking for a non invasive alternative to see results, I would recommend this!
