Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I rent frequently for work travel across Texas. As with most Enterprise locations (and rental companies in general), you usually have to wait in line, it seems like there's never enough staff to get you to your car right as you walk in. I only had to wait for about 5 minutes though. I had a very pleasant experience. The only other downside to this location is that the cars are stacked in lanes (since it's housed in the bottom level of a parking deck, they have limited space) so the car at the front of the line usually seems to be the one you get for you respective class. The past few cars that I've gotten have been my favorites (Brand new Mazda 3 and brand new Nissan Maxima) but I could see where this could be a problem if you didn't want the car at the front of the lane.Overall, the staff is always friendly here, the cars seems to be newer with lower milage, and the service is usually prompt. I've only had to wait for extended periods a few times.

I have always chosen Enterprise because it is so convenient to be picked up. I live in Manor. This time I was told WE CANNOT PICK YOU UP. I was so disappointed, not to mention no way to get there! I didn't want to drive my own car there and leave it over the weekend! The manager was so rude about it also. Shows me the bottom line is $$$. No customer service. The commercial states we'll pick you up. Any way the young lady who helped me felt so bad, she gave a few amenities. She was very kind. Also when I returned the car the gentlemen who helped me to check out was nice. But then again, I was checking out! It's horrible that a ride is advertised. Manor is stuck out and that sucks! Not sure if I'm going back!Just because of RIDE

Rental starts at counter near baggage claim...popular choice so your wait may be longer than other car companies. Car pickup is across the street on an open level...I was okay because it wasn't raining. Wait was longer here-there were enough people working, just alot of people getting cars. It was hot and they provided us bottled water. I didn't want to rent a Ford product - but actually liked it, including the trunk. I frequently rent from Enterprise so no surprises. For the first time ever, my credit card statement shows a subsequent entry for "toll charges" - can't imagine those are authorized - so will be following up with customer service. Overall a good experience.

My experience this past weekend when renting two minivans from thur-sun was seamless. The rate was the best in town by better than 50% (pro-tip: Book early). All agents involved were professional and helpful. I'm trying to book exclusively with enterprise now and going forward. They've (regardless of local) been great as of late compared to other agencies (pro-tip: always rent at terminal. Don't rent off site.)

Have rented from this location (AUS) several times, staff are always very friendly and courteous and have never had issues with the cars rented. My last trip I had accidently left my credit card in the returned car, on discovery the Enterprise rep called me and met me at security in airport to return card to me. Truly a good experience and will use these guys again and again.

I have rented cars from this location several times. Though it is not a large place and can be a little busy at times, all of the people are very responsive and work hard to meet the customer's needs. We have been able to get just the car we need and the pricing has always been excellent. I definitely recommend this convenient location for your next rental car.

I had two negative experiences with this location. After I emailed corporate, the local GM contacted me by phone and assured me that these issues will not happen again. Although I was not satisfied with the service from the locations, it was nice that the GM reached out and worked with me to collect feedback and address the issues.

Nice guys... but the car really stunk inside. I did not realize how bad until the humidity and heat built up over the last week. My contact at Caliber collision contacted them to arrange for a replacement but they never called. So, One star for nice star that they got me going pretty quickly...that is all I can give.

I absolutely hate renting cars & i have to every few weeks-it's always a hassle until I used the Braker location.The staff there is ALWAYS friendly & professional. Im in & out in minutes. I am never dissatisfied & have not ever had 1 problem. Thanks Eric, Stacy & the rest of the staff for always taking care of me!
