Very helpful and have been in business for years. They have a big selection of bounce houses and water slides. I can either pick up or have it delivered (for an additional fee). I've seen them cleaning the equipment after its returned. Friendly and honest.

They have a big selection of bounce houses and water slides and you can pickup or have these delivered (for an extra fee). The staff are really nice and have been in business for a long time. They are honest and take good care of their equipment. I've seen them cleaning after they get them back.

I lived here 2008-2010Great experience they have great prices and washer and dryers included even in the one bedroom apartments . Management was nice and things got fixed very often

My wife and I have been renting a house in Hyde Park through Eyes of Texas Properties for three years now, and it's been a delightful experience through and through. When we first became interested in the property, they answered any and all questions we had, and made sure the process went a smoothly as possible. Whenever there's been a problem, they've been quick and responsive in resolving it. April, Tara, and Alex are incredibly friendly. They are easy to get in contact with, and seem eager to help wherever they can. Having lived in Austin for 8 years now, I've leased through many property management companies. Eyes of Texas Properties has definitely been the best. Doing business with them has been a pleasure, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property in Austin.

CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!They bait you with a low-ball rate, like $750, and within a year to two years you will end up paying DOUBLE your original rent PER MONTH, YES I SAID DOUBLE. Your rent WILL increase at an astronomical rate if you choose to stay here after your first contract expires. This is unfair and should be disclosed upfront, however they unjustly choose to hide this information from you. They strategically want you to sign a 7-month lease because most companies' fiscal year is 6 months or 12 months, so when those 7 months is up you will be in a difficult place as far as finding somewhere else to stay. I have lived here for 2 years, only because of the expense it takes to move out.They lure you in knowing that it's almost impossible to make you move out with a low rate and short term lease, and then trap you when it's time to renew your lease with only months to make decision or your rate will go up more than $200 in some cases. This is an 8.3 billion dollar industry, making 25 million dollars a year in revenue after the merger of Colonial Trust Properties, and Mid-America Apartments Communities (MAA). How is it that they cannot work with residents who need to move out?As far as the stay here, the noise level is very high due to the walls being very thin. I can hear my neighbors use the restroom, laugh, cry, pass gas, talk on the phone, and watch TV, almost nothing is private. Parking is difficult to find unless you come home around 10am-3pm. Apartments that are on the opposite side of parking will have to carry groceries and such which can become a great inconvenience. Maintenance has come in without giving me prior notice. They installed security locks on the windows without letting me know. This is a major breach of privacy. The apartment management should at least let me know beforehand when they would be entering into my apartment.Trash is thrown on and around my apartment and I am the one who has to remove it or it will stay there. I would like for you to be aware of what you will be getting into when renting at this apartment. Don't allow yourself to become a victim of their bait and switch tactics.

I'm having issue with maintenance. The ceiling was leaking since last rain and I call them 4:00 am because everything was wet I waited an hour and 20 min and called again and the attendant said nothing they can do because still raining and just said use baskets and towels. I stayed up all night long change baskets and change towels. The rain stopped three days ago and they didn't anything till now. Tomorrow, Sunday and Monday will be rain again and nobody doesn't care. I called yesterday again (3/7/2014) and they said they will take a look today. Take a look? They have to come and fix. I had to cancel my trip for this weekend because I can not leave with this problem. Nobody cares about it. This problem is since I moved here. The last residence broken a loan and moved because they didn't fixed the same problem and when I realized that I sent a maintenance request in November and nothing till today. Maintenance is very poor. They care about pay rent on time that's it. I'm very disappoint with this place. I can not believe I have to move before my contract expire.

Trinity Property Mismanagement is more like it. I've had an on-going maintenance issue for 2 months and finally escalated it to their area management group. They don't even have the guts to call back. When a maintenance issue does happen, they generally try and find a way to blame the resident, that always makes you feel good. Also, don't rent here if you are or have a handicapped member of your family, some of their properties are grandfathered in so they claim they don't have to adhere to the ADA. I would not rent from these people if my life depended on it and would advise anyone else to reconsider.
