Precision Heating & Air, LLC.
I was referred to Precision heating and air by a family friend whom had nothing but great things to say from the office personnel to the technicians installing their brand new a/c equipment. I had to do my research first and Google came up with the perfect answer. I saw precision was part of the BBB so immediately felt more comfortable about my investment. I so read up and sure enough a 5 star rating across the board, and I was sold. When the Precision team came to install my A/C they were very friendly and professional from greeting themselves, Eloy and David remained as such even with the house at a thousand degrees, all the way to the cleaning of the area in my house that they worked around. I was very please with our friend and their recommendation of Precision Heating and Air LLC and I will definitely recommend the in the future as well as use their service for my A/C repairs or maintenance. Thank you so much.

Precision Heating & Air
Precision installed an air handling system for us in 3/16; in 7/17 we had a problem with the a/c not cooling the house, and the unit running constantly. Central TX in a record heatwave, I didn't have much hope for a quick app't, however they got a tech out to us the same day we called. From that first call until the system was again running like it should, every person we dealt with was professional, polite, respectful of us, our home and our time. The dispatcher, the diagnosing tech, the lady keeping us updated on the search for parts, and the two techs who installed the new parts--all were great! I recommend this business highly.

I do not leave reviews but this company deserves 5 stars or more. We needed a complete change out, our units were 15 years plus and the duct system needed rerouted, "bad air flow". Troy came out with a lead worker to verify the installation. On the scheduled day two lead workers showed up and installed the equipment as planned. The two men, Sergio and James worked above and beyound to make sure the job was done correctly. We had no hidden or added cost and they took pride in their work and it showed in the final results. We are very pleased with the job. Again, thanks to the entire company and especially, Troy, Serigo and James.

Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
