Very nasty new owner is a money debt theft.Please dont go there...nasty service ganckers nast food.Hard balls in rice.Its empy for a reason.they suck all the way around.Should of not stoll my cash .NO TIP SHE STOLE MY MONEY

I think this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Austin. Even my son - very picky in foods - likes to eat there. We (both me my husband, and my daughter) like Vietnamese Wrap -Grilled Shrimp Wrapped Around Sugarcane.We also love Catfish In Hot And Sour Soup, and Vietnamese shaking beef. The restaurant needs to make its living to stay in business, but the prices are not bad at all.

This place is super expensive the portion size was a joke and the quality of food terrible for how much they charged. I will never ever order from here again I totally feel taken advantage of. Way expensive for low quality and small portion.

Excellent food and very convenient. Being an Asian person myself, I found the food is comparable to some authentic Chinese restaurants in the big cites. Service is fast and courteous.

Went here because of the rating and I'm guessing they've gone downhill in a year. The place was almost empty which is a bad sign during lunchtime on a Saturday. The food was not hot, warm at best, and some things just didn't taste right. The lo-mein was dried out and stuck to the hotel pan it was in. The sauces were congealed on top. The egg drop soup had a thick skin on top of it. It's not the worst place I've been to but it wasn't anywhere close to good.

OMG. This was the worst experience ever. The management is horrible. When I arrived I first went to use the restroom and wash my hands. In 3 stales there was no toilet paper. Both napkins dispensers were empty as well. I got three plates and ate nothing on the plates. It was all nasty. They only thing I ate was the soup. When I went to tell the manager she went crazy. And just said call the police. I told her I had no problem paying for my food but as a customer I have the right to address my concerns. She told me to leave and she was calling the police. I left to go outside and wait on the police and this lady followed me, hit my husband and just seemed very threatening. Long story short even though she NEVER showed me my ticket, wouldn't let me pay, told me to leave, called the police on me. I was the one who ended up in hand cuffs and given a ticket for stealing. Very pitiful, I will be fighting this ticket.... oh and to top it all off I ended up in the emergency room with food poisoning. I started throwing up while I was there. But it never stopped over time and the painful cramping kicked in for both my husband and I. China harbor on Wm. Cannon in Austin Texas gets a big "0" (zero) stars for me. Save yourself a trip to the ER, court, pain,torture, embarrassment, and suffering.

I found a bug in my dinner and complained, their response was to ban me.I had been a loyal customer for years, not because the food was all that good or even priced right for what you get, but because they are close to me. Then last week I find a bug ( a little under the size of a dime) in my meal. I called them up to complain. Their response was to say I was "mistaken" and to send someone out to verify that there was in fact a bug and to take the food back. I was treated like I was trying to steal from them. The manager would not come to the phone to speak to me so the waiter had to act as a go between even though I could hear the manager in the background being very disrespectful and rude.Even though dinner for myself and my GF was ruined, they would only comp me 10.00 out of a 29.00 ticket. Yes my GF did not find a bug in her meal, but that doesn't mean she didn't have to dig around and worry about if there was one.Cut to today. I decided to give them a second chance, I place my order, they take my credit card information, and 15 minutes late I get a call back saying they will not deliver to me anymore.Long story short.They are incredibly rude and they obviously do not value the people who order from them. I feel they are not deserving of our money as consumers, you have been warned.
