    My mother had gone to buy a new phone and she was informed that she would get a free headset. Once my mother looked at the actual receipt, she noticed that she was indeed charged for the "free" headset. She called the representative that had done the sale before they closed, but was told that it was for inventory only. But then once we calculated the amount it should have been, she was charged. We confronted the manager and my mother explained the situation, but he completely ignored her and said he needed to help another customer...there was one other customer and another clerk was already assisting the other customer. Once nobody else was there, he kept claiming nothing was ever free. So I stepped in and asked him if the clerk had done a mistake in stating that the item was free, he tried to deny in her stead an I corrected that he had no ability to deny anything if he was not present. Very unprofessional service and their clerks require more training instead of gossiping and not paying attention to their actions.
