ASAP Roofing
I used ASAP Roofing this past summer to replace my hail-damaged roof. I was very satisfied with the quality of work that ASAP Roofing performed. ASAP Roofing performed a free inspection of my roof to see if it had sustained any damage from a large hail storm that occurred this past summer (2012). They met with my insurance adjuster to discuss why my roof needed to be replaced and to discuss what work needed to be done. They scheduled and kept me advised every step of the way as to the necessary permits and inspections that were required by the city of Parker, CO. I was very satisfied with the follow-through of ASAP Roofing and the project manager that was assigned to me. The employees who did the actual work on my roof were very professional and they hauled away any materials from my old roof and any litter from the new roof in a timely manner. The employees were considerate of my needs while they were installing my new rood. I would happily recommend using the services of ASAP Roofing for any homeowner who needs to have their roof replaced.

Mile High Restoration Inc
I am Brian Sorensen, Owner and C.E.O. of Mile High Restoration Inc. I used to be in the production department for Weathershield Exteriors, LLC. The owner of that company was Mike Thorp and Veronica Maxwell, they were in charge of all the money and management decisions as far as sales people and their pay levels, products used and overall pricing and book keeping. I opened up Mile High Restoration Inc. based on keeping it small and not hiring incompetent employees and sales people that think they should run the company themselves. I have an open book policy and anyone that has contracts signed with Mile High Restoration Inc are more then welcome to contact me directly and I will work with you with honesty and integrity. If you don't have any signed contracts with Mile High Restoration Inc. then make the correct complaints against the correct company and owner. Furthermore, John Scout I can assure you never worked for or had any business dealings with myself or Mile High Restoration Inc.

ASAP Roofing
A little belated, but I want to thank you for the courteous and friendly manner you managed the replacement of my roof this summer (June-Sept). I'm thankful for the new roof and I'm thankful for all the caring persons involved in its replacement-the two of you (Brian and Felix), and the workers who withstood the hot sun and my agents. Trinity Roofing - CO
The family room window sill was moist after the last rains and some shingles were blown off so I needed someone quick. Trinity returned my call and was very easy to work with. they repaired the shingles and gave the whole roof a maintenance seal around all the vents and flashings. I am very happy!!!

Moline St Remodeling
This company was great! We hired them to finish our basement and they did a great job. They pulled the permit, walked us through all the steps and kept us involved in the design process. They responded to every suggestion we made. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know.

They did a wonderful job on my home. They venting system they used made the most sense to do, insurance didn't even pay for half of the thighs they did extra. They were very honest and professional. I will be using them again in the future.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and informative. The crew that came out to actually do the work was amazing. They worked so fast and I barely even knew they were there. Thank you all so much.

Great Western Roofing & Construction
Okay, I received everything I anticipated. The employees were professional, prices are reasonable and everything was handled in a timely fashion. Overall, I would recommend them to anybody who inquired.
Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
