Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else in town. Exceptional customer service! They know what they’re doing and will fix an issue in a heart beat if something isn’t to your liking! If you walk in your automatically greeted with huge warm smiles and knowledgeable people who are professional and proud of their product. Also, the employees pay it forward and will take their selves and men to dinner at other businesses in the area to help the economy not just their business! They are a very professional and knowledgeable place of business who truly care about their customers!

I am very disappointed with the service that we received after purchasing a camper from here. Our house burned down and the sales/maintenance people knew that we would be living in the camper with our 2 daughters while we were rebuilding our house. We paid over $25,000 for the camper PLUS purchased the additional Route 66 for another $2000+. The camper was completely "inspected" and cleared for us to start living in. Within 83 days of purchase, we come home to find that the camper has leaked and our bed was wet! When my husband contacted Camperland, they told him to bring it in and they would look at it. Upon further investigation, they discovered that the leak occurred around the antenna and that the entire roof needed repair and resealing! BUT none of our warranties or Route 66 insurance would cover the damages or repairs. The only thing Camperland offered was to cover the cost of resealing the antenna...which was only $20! We had to pay the rest ($400+) to reseal the entire roof. Not to mention how my husband was treated and talked to during this whole incident. The manager's son was rude and disrespectful and spoke to my husband (whose worked on cars and deals with sealants everyday for the past 17 years) like he was a complete idiot and didn't know what he was talking about. If there had been a thorough inspection of the roof (like they stated they did), then they should have seen that it needed repairing/replacing. Or at least told us that it needed to be done! I WILL NOT be recommending them to anyone or returning myself! When people make such big purchases, you take care of them, not continue to weasel by with the bare minimum to take more of their money! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Cheesborough's Automatic Transmissions
Took my transmission in to get rebuilt picked it up a week later put it in the car didn't make it a quarter mile and the transmission was poping and grinding and locked completely up took it back home jacked the car up the gears came apart causing catastrophic damage to the internals and completely broke the bell housing took it back to Cheesboroughs and immediately the owner said they weren't fixing it even though it was still under warranty they dropped the transmission pan and it was full of metal shavings and still wouldn't fix it the owner said nothing was wrong with the internals which we all know that was BS and called me a liar please don't take anything to these worthless people!

Stay away from these crooks! I paid $2500 for new transmission to find out they only changed fluid. Now tranny will not shift and cheeseboro transmission said its not my problem. Run from these liars! They also threw a brick at my window. And refused to fix that too. Total trash!

I took my car there for a routine oil change. My car was running perfectly before it got there! exactly one week after, I lost power my engine was smoking, there was no oil in my car whatsoever. I took it back where they told me that I was right, there was no oil in it.The next day when I picked it up the check engine light was still blinking and it was running exactly the same, died 3 times on the way home. I take it the next day after waiting for 3 hours they tell me that my car is in need of a new motor because I drove it without oil in it they tried to offer me a refund which I refused.I have the reciept that my car was running good and that the diagnostic check out good but yet a week later I have a ruined motor. I took it to another service place did not tell them who it was that did it and I asked them in their expert opinion do they think that it was their fault, they wouldn't touch with the car as to not void a warranty but stated most likely something was put back wrong!

If this review had a option for a NEGATIVE amount of stars I would have put -5. I have had nothing but issues with this dealership & their services since I bought my BRAND NEW car in Sept 2014. So far I had the radio screen fixed 2x,a seat belt issue,& I've had my rear view mirror to completely fall off.All of these were DEFECTS on a brand new car that I purchased with less than 20 miles on it. Indeed they did "replace" my windshield, to my surprise this morning after a rain storm I went out to my car & my dashboard was soaking wet from a leak from the wind shield, which was replaced less than 1yr ago. I am beyond frustrated with Chevrolet as a company & Milton Ruben as a dealership. If I could do it all over again I would take my money somewhere else &experience much better services and deal with a company that makes sure that their company sells quality cars & that their customers are satisfied. Trust & believe you do not want to end up w/ a lemon on your hands like me.
