Yohe Plumbing
All I can say is that I have never been so impressed! I had seen Yohe Plumbing Heating & Air commercials on TV and for some reason they stuck in my mind. I am a single female who decided I could take care of an issue with what I thought was a problem with my kitchen faucet. Needless to say, 4 hours later, frustrated and laying in a puddle of (who knows what) that had poured from a drain pipe I accidently pulled loose, I'd had enough fun. I called Yohe plumbing first thing in the morning. I took their first available appointment for the following morning. I think they heard the desperation in my voice because they called back an hour later and due to a cancellation I was on the list! The technician was terrific. He cleaned up my mess, replaced my faucet, put in new drain pipes and fixed a plugged hot water line that I think was the original culprit. This was done quickly and efficiently and the price was amazingly reasonable. Wow! Not only will I use them again but I plan to call them in the spring to discuss a new air conditioning system.

Komfort Heating And Air Conditioning Inc
They are very professional and very dependable. I called at 7:30am about my AC unit not cooling all of a sudden. They had someone at my home by 10:30a that morning. Less than 3 hours! He showed up early, and went directly to the unit outside and started checking things out and cleaning it. Then when I got there he went inside and checked the furnace and filters, etc. He even educated me on what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how I could check things in the future to help prevent any problems. He also advised me that I have a 3 year warranty still on my compressor!!! He was done in less than 40 minutes and was a pleasant person to deal with. Also they have the CHEAPEST service rate flat fee for a visit that I can find in Augusta!

Yohe Plumbing
I received great service from Yohe Plumbing, Heating, and Air, which I learned about from a coupon in the Super Saver mailing guide. On 05/09/13 I called to request service and received it the next morning between the hours of 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. Matt came in, he worked fast, and was very knowledgeable. My dishwasher and garbage disposal are now in working condition. I would use this service again and I recommend it to others.
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
