DyeVerCity Salon
I have been natural for a year and was trying to go it alone. I tried different products and listened to others guide me with what they tried, but was never quite satisfied with my hair. My texture is soft and naturally curly, but it dries very easily and can appear frizzy. My efforts to put moisture into my hair was either not enough moisture or it was too heavy leaving my hair weighed down. I found Dye-Ver-City as I was searching the web for salons that cater to natural hair. I was impressed with the numerous positive rewiews, one-on-one consultations offered and the fact that they would teach you how to better care for your hair based on their professional assessment of your individual hair texture and growth patterns. That is exactly what I got from Monique when she greated me, hung up my coat and asked me what I thought of my own hair and what I wanted out of this experience. She listened and took the time to talk to me about my hair as she washed, conditioned and trimmed my hair. The products she used helped define my natural curls and I am overjoyed with the results. The entire experience was wonderful. The ladies are very professional and courteous. They provide a surine atmosphere with complete focus on one client at a time. I was in and out of there in an hour which means they value my time as much as their own. I think I bought every product she used on my hair so I can keep it up between visits. Not only will I return, but I plan to tell everyone who comments on my hair about this oasis in Augusta, GA. I want other natural hair divas to step out with style without having to travel to Atlanta first!!! Thank you so much Monique and thank you Stacy for having the insight to fill the need for a natural hair salon in the Augusta area.

FoundTruth's review is kind of funny to me because it's so NOT Stacy! I just happened to scroll down and read it and cracked up laughing. And anyone who's ever been to DyeVerCity can witness that it's obviously not true or that there's more to this customer's story. Anyway, on to my review, I've been going to Stacy since she opened up her own! I LOVE her work and her knowledge of the vast hair types! Anyone who can style and nurture my extremely thick and kinky hair (which I happen to LOVE by the way), is a superstar in my book! Before, other salons would just encourage me to relax it or get braids to make the mainteance easier. Stacy embraced by hair though and showed me how to create styles for my texture and thickness. Sometimes she blows it out and it's so beautiful and shiny, swinging down my back. And other times she does cute twist-outs, braid-outs and other styles! Every way I wear it, I always get compliments. I love Stacy for that! You get what you pay for! Your hair and its health is an investment!

Lute'ce Beauty Salon
I have been a client of Frances for over 20 years. My daughter and I started coming to Lutece when she was in the 7th grade. My daughter had a sensitive scalp and would easily burn. But,once we started coming to Frances, she found the right relaxer that worked for her. After that, no more burning. I was so impressed that I used it, as well! I have always been highly satisfied with Frances' service. She provides quality care to each of her clients based on their individual needs, and gives honest advice on what works for your hair. She cares for her clients by making sure she uses the best products. She even tells you how to take care of your hair until your next appointment. I always receive nice compliments on my hair from friends and strangers when I leave the salon. Her work speaks for itself!I enjoy my time at the salon. Frances makes everyone feel welcome (very warm and friendly atmosphere). You couldn't ask for a better place to go to receive guality service and great care!!!

DyeVerCity Salon
I used to cut my own hair because of bad experiences with stylists that just could not handle curly hair. I was constantly wasting money on products and using at least 3-4 of them at a time to tame my frizzy hair to make it *look* natural and soft. And it started thinning out on top when I was about 13 years old...I found Dyevercity salon a little over a year ago when I chopped off my hair. With Stacy's advice I am now using much healthier products on my hair. It is getting fuller and less frizzy. And it doesn't just look "natural and soft" it feels feels so much healthier. It has become easier to take care of and manage. I have found my stylist for life and am so thankful.

Spice of New York
I have gone there several times- mainly for body wraps. The quality and ambiance are exceptional and better than that of other salons that offer body wraps in the Augusta area. Not to mention cheaper. I also had a manicure, pedicure, facial, and my hair done- all of which were done very well. The only draw back is time. I usually end up waiting for about a half hour or more each time I come even though the appointment is scheduled. The professional I'm scheduled with has usually been scrambling when I get there because they are running late or are trying to do multiple tasks at one time. If they were to just tighten that up then this place would be perfect.

Lute'ce Beauty Salon
Professionalism, expertise, excellence, caring, devotion, commitment, and dedication are only a small potion of the services rendered by the world-class cosmetologist Frances Perrin. She truly grows hair from the scalp, not the bag. She is an expert in her profession. She really works with and for her clients. She's patient and understanding, especially for those who have compromising schedules. I highly recommend her expertise to anyone who wants beautiful, lustrous hair and styles that compare to none. The atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. Everyone is greeted with a smile. Lutece Beauty Salon is a wonderful place of business.

Lute'ce Beauty Salon
This is a wonderful salon with a great atmosphere. I have been come here for about 8 years to recieved hair care. Frances is a wonderful hair consultant and skillful cosmetologist. She not only style hair but also treat damage hair. My first visit with her, she was able to tell me what was damaging my hair and from there she treated. Also allow my daughter to get her hair style here and she has been coming here for 3 years. This salon is a great place for young girls for ages of 5 and up. There is no other salon that I would go to or take my daughter because I know that when come here I will be looking good.

DyeVerCity Salon
I've been in Augusta for two years and travel all the way to ATL to get my hair done because I couldn't not find a hair stylist who could control, treat and perfect my hair. Well, no more trips to ATL. Stacy Hill is talented with her hands and creativity. She treated my hair with care and professionalism. When I left her salon my hair flowed and looked great. I would highly recommend Mrs. Hill's services. She sincerely cares about the condition of your hair and perfecting it's look and feel. Cudos to you Stacy. I'll be back for highlighting, curls and your fantastic product recommendations.Carla Cabral

Keller Interiors
I was very disappointed in the way they installed the quarter round in my installation of my Pergo flooring. They left spaces in the corners and tried to fill in with caulking. They did not measure the ends and did not cut the ends at a 45 degree angle, instead leaving sharp corners sticking out. Also they left space ( no quarter round ) over the transition between the Pergo and the kitchen linoleum. It did not come close to matching the quarter round in the rest of the house. As yet, they have not made an effort to make the corrections that are needed. Update to follow.

Greenlight Property
Green Light Augusta got us into an amazing home! Bottom line, they are a company that cares for their clients. Andrew and his company reacted quickly to our last minute house hunting plans, met us at the home we chose from his website and made sure we had full access to the property. When we decided on this home, Andrew worked with us and the owners to create a mutually beneficial outcome for both parties, He had a team clean the home top to bottom and in then end, this is by far the cleanest home I've ever rented. I'm happy to have chosen GLA as our realty company.

  • Cameras
  • Motion sensors
  • Alarms
  • Smoke, CO2, and flood detectors
  • Flashlights
  • Panic buttons
  • Door and window stoppers
  • Spot lights/floodlights
  • Etched window glass
  • Combination safe

  • Placing signs and sticker for security systems outside home
  • Personal safety items (firearms, stun guns, pepper spray, batons, etc.)
No, it is possible to install a home alarm system yourself. Some systems are specifically designed to be installed by homeowners. These systems are often cheaper and more customizable. However some systems require the expertise of a professional and installation should be left up to them to avoid making any errors. Review the specifications of the system and/or contact the manufacturer if you are unsure about its installation requirements.
  • Easy and inexpensive to install and does not require any drilling or modification of the home.
  • Does not require a landline.
  • Can be taken from one home to another during change of residence.
  • Can be combined with a hardwired system.
  • No need to change any batteries, as with wireless systems
  • No interference from other signals
  • All hardwired systems run on essentially the same technology so products and services from different companies will be compatible with each other.
  • If moving to a home with a hardwired system already installed, you can save money by bypassing installation costs.
  • New security equipment for these systems is less expensive than for wireless systems.
  • Can be combined with a wireless system
  • Hardwired: A system that uses cables to connect all sensors to a central control panel within your home. The cables are usually installed within the walls or floorboards of your home. The control panel then uses your home’s landline connection to call for assistance (police, fire, medic).
  • Wireless: A system which uses wireless technology (wi-fi) to connect all sensors to your home’s central control panel. The panel uses the established network to communicate with the outside for assistance.
  • A combination of hardwired and wireless: Custom systems can be configured to have a home totally hardwired and equipped with wireless outside communication (no landline), or have a totally wireless home and hardwired outside communication.
