My car was broken into. And the owner Montana curse me put for removing the glass on his establishment for which my car was violated. Karmen is the best . But this is not a safe place. I will add pictures later.

United Auto Recovery
My car was towed to the Atlanta location and I was a little skeptical when I arrived to the location because the doors were locked so I knocked on the door really light just to see if someone would come to the door but then I noticed that the hours of operation are posted on the door so between 12pm and 1pm the building is closed for lunch. Someone opened the door and was very concerned as to wether I had walked there and I assured her that I had not while pointing to my vehicle. Her name is Veronica. From the door she was very compassionate and to even answer the door while being on her lunch break spoke volumes for me about her character. She then kindly advised me of everything that I needed to do to retrieve my items from my vehicle. She really cared about my well being because she reiterated to me that when I call the number that she provided to let them know that Veronica told me to call them. Well to sum it up, Veronica was very knowledgeable in her position and very professional. She made me feel really comfortable and not looked down upon considering why I was there. Thank you again Veronica for your professionalism and for your personalism. You made my day! Continue to be blessed:)

Tara Nails
WORST NAIL SALON IN ATLANTA!!!! They did a poor job on my nails, and had even worse customer service!! I have gotten two gel manicures here and both times the polish has peeled off within 3 days. I came back and asked them to fix it and they accused me of lying. I showed them my receipt and still didn't fix my nails.

Salon Modello
I would give the expertise and service zero stars. I went to Modello thinking they knew what they were doing from what they posted on their FaceBook page. I went to have the Cezanne treatment. They informed me that I could color my hair the same day. I came out of there with my hair looking like it had been oiled, the color was not what it originally was when colored (and this was when I was leaving the salon a few hours later). The stylist had not idea that the cezanne would bleach the color. I noticed my hair started breaking and the hair near the back of my head is less than half the length compared to the rest of the hair. My hair is hard and so rough that the split ends are visible in the dark as well! The straightening system was supposed to last 6 months, it is now 3 months later and it is totally unmanageable. I have to use a straightening iron twice a week just so that I don't look like medusa. The color is in bits like zebra stripes. I paid more than $500 for damaging my hair. They then say that if you put in a good review, they will give you a discount on your next appointment! I am never going to them again! ever! I may just come out bald the next time.

Pascal Bensimon Hair Salon
I have been going to Pascal since he first came to Atlanta. The first thing he said to me was that my haircut was all wrong. He was right. After Pascal started to cut my hair, I started looking good in all my pictures. Before Pascal, a good picture of me did not exist. I drive from Augusta, GA to Atlanta just for a cut and color. It is worth it because I WEAR MY HAIR EVERYDAY.

Tips & Advices
  • Talk about specific consequences of their drinking.
  • Choose a time soon after the person experiences a drinking-related problem (missing a shift at work, for example).
  • Do not threaten, guilt, lecture, preach, or use negative labels.
  • Do not try to discuss alcoholism when the person is intoxicated.
Therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists who specialize in the condition can all diagnose and treat alcoholism. People with alcohol-related concerns can also consult their general practitioner, who will refer them to a specialist.
Detoxification is a medically supervised period of alcohol withdrawal to allow the body to purge itself. A doctor or treatment specialist closely monitors a patient to ensure the symptoms of withdrawal do not cause harm. Side effects of alcohol detoxification include:
  • Sweating
  • Vomiting
  • Elevated heart rate
  • High blood pressure
  • Tremors
  • Nausea
  • Sleep issues
  • Paranoia or anxiety
  • Hallucinations
  • Seizures
The cost of addiction treatment varies depending on the type of facility, amenities offered, treatment provided, and size and length of the program. Detoxification ranges from $1,000 to $15,000. Inpatient facilities cost anywhere from $6,000 to $30,000 for a 30-day program and include detoxing. Outpatient programs can cost $500 per session.
Outpatient alcoholism treatment is a part-time form of rehabilitation. Patients continue their normal lives during the day and return to the treatment facility several times per week. Outpatient treatment is generally cheaper than inpatient and can be helpful for people with less severe addictions. Inpatient treatment programs require patients to stay at the facility 24/7 until the completion of the program. They provide a highly controlled environment for patients to overcome their addictions without the distractions or temptations of everyday life. These clinics provide round-the-clock medical care and often include hours of group and personal therapy. Inpatient programs are beneficial for people with severe addictions or those who have overdosed.
