Ford Factory Lofts
Can't beat the location. And affordable with such a great location. The lofts are great unique spaces. Really liked living here. Despite other reviews, I found management very easy, nice and experienced no problems at all.

Worst place ever .....! I waited for 3 months to be prolonged again. Property manger has no customer service skills. Is never there and does not do her job. Although the agent in the office is nice , she can only do so much. I have been waiting to hear from the property manger or Corporate regarding my refund for my deposit. Such an inconvenience . Corporate doesn't answer your calls the manager is never in I have to take off of work to go to the office to speak with some one . I wasn't even shown a unit!!!! DO NOT GO HERE SADLEY THE LOWEST RATING I CAN GIVE IS 1

Shamrock Gardens Apartments
I had the privilege of renting a gorgeous apartment from Shamrock Gardens with a view to an open field and plenty of daylight. The apartment was very clean, everything worked, and due to the security, friendliness of neighbors, and its location I and my family felt safe. I found that the rent was reasonable and landscaping to be awesome and well maintained. The management team here is the best one in Southwest Atlanta, they do an amazing job and were available to answer any questions that I had. I really recommend them for anyone who values security, location, and aesthetic beauty. They even have eco friendly appliances and faucet.

If I had the option to give them negative stars thats what I would be doing!!! This apartment complex does NOT fix things when they are broken!!! Frances Jackson the disgusting property manager has had my four year old and I in this apartment for THE ENTIRE SUMMER with no AC, its flooding and it has black mold inside!!! Don't EVER move here!!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX!!! This complex is ran by a staff whom is spiteful, vindictive and vengeful. I moved over 2 years ago from this complex because of problems with neighbors, including always being harassed and slamming their doors so loud it made you jump out of your skin. The patios included in the bedrooms could not be enjoyed because they would sit on their patios late into the night and be extremely loud as well as playing their music all times of day and night with no respect for other neighbors who rented. The sink backed up, constantly in the bathroom with fecal matter. It's infested with roaches and uneven floors. And to top it off, when I decided to not renew my lease for the above stated reasons they put on my credit that I owed $725. Now that I moved from the last place I rented, I go to apply for apartments and had to find out that I am being denied for approval because of this spiteful retaliation for not renewing, staying and putting my life in danger in this complex. I am having to look for second chance rentals, where I have never had a problem finding housing in the past which is stressful and very painful. I am having to dispute this to all 3 credit bureaus. All I'm saying is it will take me some time to find a place but I will not give up and I am also not going to pay the $725 they falsely say I owe. AGAIN, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX AND ANYTHING OWNED OR OPERATED BY VENTRON PROPERTIES!! Ericka Whipple

Ardmore And 28th
I have had a great experience with Ardmore Apts! I read other reviews that had lots of negative things to say but I have nothing but positive interactions with the team. And the pool is open and I am loving it!

Great apartment if you are just starting out, rent is a good price for a one bed room apartment. Staff is helpful, maintenance crew are one time with getting repairs done, . i've had a few problem with roaches, but they are quickly resolved with a simple request.
Tips & Advices
Employers must conduct all required training in a language and vocabulary that workers can understand. Training must demonstrate the hazards of operating certain machinery, like stone cutters and splitters, as well as how to use them appropriately. It's important to verify that your landscape contractor has taken the necessary steps to fully train its personnel and that the appropriate safety precautions are in place.
Check the specific regulations for your area, and verify that your contractor has the necessary licenses. These may include a state contractor's license, pesticide license, CDL driver's license and license to sell and purchase nursery stock.
Landscape work is not cheap, so it's in your best interest to make sure that it's done to your requirements and that you get the best contractor to do the job. Homeowners should know how much they'll need to pay for the contractor's service as well as how they will be billed for this work. Ask about any design fees, if quoted prices are fixed or estimates, and what the payment process will be. Clarifying these items in the beginning will prevent any surprise expenses.
Yes. Homeowners should require that the contractor submit certificates verifying compliance with safety, insurance, workers' compensation and drug and alcohol testing programs. This will give you peace of mind that the contractor has gone through all the steps under industry regulations.
Yes. Every good contractor should have a list of recently completed jobs that you can see in their portfolio. They should also have a list of references that you can contact, or properties that you can see in person.
