Jeremy Sanbury was very professional and sprayed all around the outside of the house. I asked him about spraying around the upper deck doors as I had seen a few bugs and he said he would pay extra attention to that. We were very please with his work and professionalism. Sara W.

I didn't think their service would have value for me when I first signed up. But, my goodness! Was I wrong! No water bugs and they are always very pleasant when you call. I really like Melissa, she came to my home and took her time to make sure I was happy with the job she performed. I am not a social media person or a person the takes time to write many reviews, but Aptive Environmental and Melissa deserve it. So, keep up the good work guys. CharlotteF

Al was great, one would think he was the president of the company as he asked the main questions of a COF's "SWOT" review that you are facing. As former senior executive of a top 100 company i was amazed. "Strengths" were that we noticed the problem and call Aptive back; "Weakness" was we were being invaded by spiders, scorpions, fire ants and stinks bugs; "Opportunities" was to fine sources of pests and place pesticides in proper locations; "Treats" informed us that within about two weeks we should see a reduction in our pest problem. Also explained live cycle of stink bugs. Mr. Gedney should receive a minimum of a 20% bonus , plus my wife and I would like to have him be our regular technician. (as he took into consideration my health and very old items in our home)

Darvin Ford was my Aptive rep! Darvin was very professional, friendly and thorough. He let me know about the chemicals being used and told me how helpful it would be to keep spider webs down in order to assist in keeping spiders away. Darvin did an excellent job!!!

Tips & Advices
Baits can be effective in situations where you're dealing with a relatively small number of pests. But in cases where there is a full infestation, pest control sprays usually provide a quicker and more thorough solution. Keep in mind, though, that sprays can be toxic to both humans and the environment. In many cases, baiting can be a safer and less hazardous choice.
Yes, many commercial pest control companies offer green products. Certain pest control chemicals can be harmful to both humans and the environment. Some commercial pest control companies use eco-friendly, biodegradable options to keep pests in check, with active ingredients such as mint, rosemary, thyme, boric acid, and diatomaceous earth.
In many cases, pest control methods used in commercial and residential environments are the same, but there may be differences in the way these methods are implemented. For example, both residential and commercial pest control may incorporate pest exclusion, which aims to keep pests out by sealing and securing a building's access points. Since many commercial facilities cover much more space than the typical residence, implementation of this approach would be different.
Commercial pest control differs from residential in the amount of care required. Because many commercial facilities are much larger than the typical home or apartment, commercial pest control often entails more frequent service. While residential pest control usually requires monthly or quarterly service, commercial pest control may take place on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Certain pests are common in commercial settings. Rats and mice plague many businesses of all types. In addition to carrying diseases, such as tuberculosis and salmonella, rodents can cause costly damage by gnawing into pipe work and electrical wires. Bed bugs are a growing nuisance. These pests may be found in hotels and student accommodations, and they can even infest office furniture. Flies are commonly found in restaurants, bars, and food factories.
