Morehouse Healthcare
I called to schedule a 2-day appt for my newborn. The office staff was very nice and professional. I was told that the earliest appointment opening was the following week. However, since the hospital told me to follow-up with the doctor in 2 days, I was advised to leave a message for the nurse. I left a message and the nurse called me back within a couple of hours and my appointment was scheduled for the next day. During my visit, the staff was very nice, attentive and professional and Dr. Darden was outstanding! She was warm, concerned and thorough in her examinations. She took time to ask and answer questions and her bedside manner was impeccable. She saw my 10-year old daughter a week later and never wavered in the care she provided. I am well pleased with this office and the care they provide.

Mcnulty Darlene Do
After going to 8+ psychiatrist in the Atlanta area, from not accepting my (superb BCBS) Health Coverage or simply not liking the Doctor, I have HAPPILY settled down with Dr. Darlene McNulty. She is a top-of-the-line physician who knows what she's doing. Unlike most Psych's who just want their copay and to see you go, she truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend Dr. McNulty for your psychiatric needs. A+++

Rossi & Shirey Medical Group
Dr. Shirey consistently takes enough time to listen to concerns and suggest treatments that are in alignment with my lifestyle. She nevers rushes through appointments. Her office staff keep things moving so there is rarely more than a 5-10 minute wait for a scheduled appointment. They also will work patients in when there is a need.

Intown Primary Care
I decided to go here after accompanying my friend for her appointment. Dr. Bell was so attentive to my friend's needs and questions that I immediately scheduled an appointment with her! The wait was a bit ridiculous during my appointment but it was worth the extra attention that Dr. Bell gave me. I'll definitely be returning!

Intown Primary Care
I've been twice to get blood work done. The first time I did not like my doctor and the second time I went I had Dr. Hermeyone Bell. She was absolutely wonderful. I do not like going to doctors and she made me feel extremely comfortable. I will be going back to her as my primary doctor here in Atlanta.

Southside Medical Center
This was my lst visit to this facility. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. Everyone greeted me , even while they walked down the hall & just happened to look in my direction. The Dr. was very knowledgeable & patient with my concerns. Going there was an enjoyable experience.

Highland Urgent Care & Family Medicine
This is the best urgent care center we have ever been to. Forget the Minute Clinic! Dr. Nick and his team are efficient, incredibly kind, and astute at diagnosing walk in maladies. We go there before we go to our pediatrician! The travel medicine clinic is whip cream on the cake.

Doctor Koralewski has been a great doctor! Very efficient office so you're in and out at your appointment time! Parking is a mess, however!

Great office staff, knowledgeable and friendly. The doctors make every effort to see established patients even when it's last minute.
Tips & Advices
An osteopathic physician practices a comprehensive form of medicine that takes a holistic approach to a person's health. Instead of specializing in one system or set of organs, an osteopathic specialist focuses on the health of the total body. This includes evaluating environmental factors that affect a person's well-being.
Many family doctors deliver babies, especially in rural areas without a nearby OB/GYN. However, most family doctors only deliver for low-risk pregnancies and do not perform cesarean sections.
Family nurse practitioners are highly educated nurses able to provide medical care individually or with the assistance of another professional. Family nurse practitioners obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then take the National Council Licensure Examination to begin working as a registered nurse. Then, they continue their education and obtain a Master of Science in Nursing. Following that, they become certified in family practice via the American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, allowing them to become certified family nurse practitioners.
Some family doctors provide immunizations while others do not. Typically, doctors who work as part of a large practice are more likely to offer vaccines in-house. Doctors in offices of one to two physicians are more likely to refer patients to a public health department or other immunization provider.
A physician's assistant is a person qualified to perform routine medical services. This individual is professionally licensed and certified, but they may not have the extensive med school education of a doctor. That said, PAs do complete almost three years of postgraduate study and more than 2,000 hours of rotations.
