Doguroo
Love bringing my little corgi Sebastian here for their grooming services. Though it's more expensive than the larger retailers, my little guy always looks perfect whenever I pick him up after a grooming. And they always give him a bandana to wear--and it's a better quality bandana than the one you MIGHT receive at the large retailer. The staff is always super helpful as well. And you can return any product if your pet doesn't like it, or it doesn't work--no questions asked. Doguroo carries a wide variety of great quality foods and products, so you're sure to find what you and your pooch want and need. The saying, "You get what you pay for" rings true here. It's totally worth it.

Atlanta Dog Spa
Our Labs, Buckeye and Scarlet are so excited everytime we pull in the parking lot. The staff at ADS truly cares about your dog. It is so great to check the Doggie Cams while we are at work to see what the dogs are doing. I love to check all of the rooms to see what is going on. I like to check in the Doggywood room to see all of the Mini's running around. Our dogs have been going to ADS since they were puppies and had all of their shots. It will be 3 years in March. ADS is a great way for your dog to get excercise and socialize with other dogs. I highly recomment ADS. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option.

Barking Hound Village Buckhead
Very friendly staff that obviously loves dogs. They treat the dogs like their own and spoil them. It amazes me that the manager and staff know all of the dogs and their temperaments/quirks/etc. The manager always greets each dog by name and all the dogs I have seen coming in get very excited to see him. My dog gets excited when we pull onto the street and cannot wait to get inside.I usually drop my lab off for daycare 4-5 days a week and have also boarded him their as well. He always comes home happy and exhausted ! I highly recommend these guys!

Camp Woof
My dogs love it here and that's good enough for me. Yes, it could be more organized and you'll want to call and make sure your dog is ready for pickup (and not just show up at the agreed upon time,) but, like I said, my dogs love going here and the handlers all seem to enjoy the dogs so I can put up with some disorganization.

Wag A Lot Reynoldtown
My dog loves Wag-a-lot! She is an older dog, and they do a great job of caring for her while we are out of town, she always comes back healthy and happy. This location's bonus is that it is right off of a ramp to I-20, making it the perfect stop to drop off our dog on the way to the airport.

Wag A Lot Reynoldtown
Wag-A-Lot is a great option for dogs that enjoy social interaction in doggie day care and boarding. Dog's have a large play area and are separated into groups of small and larger dogs. The staff is very friendly and seem enthusiastic to care for your dog.

The Pet Set
My two pets really got a great haircut and were treated so well. I wish I could go there myself. The doggie day care is perfect for my pets as they limit the number of pets and they get lots of attention and play all day!

Spot For Dogs
Spot for Dogs is the only place we've ever sent our dog to daycare, and we'd never think of going anywhere else. Our dog loves going - whether for a day or a few nights - and they take great care of him!

Spot For Dogs
We love this place for doggy day care and boarding. I don't really have anything to compare them to, since I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!
Tips & Advices
Pets that do not get along with other animals may incur an additional fee. Some facilities have special solitary sleeping and play animals for these types of pets.
A checklist for what to bring to a pet kennel includes:
  • Vaccination records
  • A favorite toy or blanket
  • Food and feeding instructions (if the pet has dietary restrictions or is a picky eater)
  • Medication (if necessary, in its original bottle and with written instructions)
Some pet kennels have veterinarians as part of their daily staff, while others only have vets part time or on call.
Most kennels can provide basic care such as administering medications, but owners of pets with serious medical issues should choose a facility with a veterinarian on call.
Bordetella, commonly known as kennel cough, is highly contagious, and most dogs catch it at least once in their lifetimes. As such, all dogs should be vaccinated at least 7 days before boarding.
