I did a background check to purchase a firearm. The firearm was about 420.00. I paid 302.32 on the firearm before I was in a car accident. I had to have therapy and heal. When I was able to go back to the pawn shop, it had been burned down, with no phone number left any where around to call. I went back about a month later and they had a phone number on the building. I called inquiring about my gun purchase and they basically told me that I wasn't getting my money back or the gun. I was very upset - they didn't try to make it right at all. The man was very ugly and rude on the phone, as usual. DO NOT do business with these people!!!!!

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, THE WORST! The girl behind the counter is worst person I ever came in contact with. She's rude, mean, Bitchy (with a capitol B) and has no business savvy. The store has limited inventory and smells like a barn. I went in to purchase items and she told me I could not inspect them. Then said not to touch any items i didn't want to purchase. PLEASE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND GAS.

Very helpful place. It was not what I was expecting The experience was fast and it gave me ease about leaving my jewelry with them. Paul did a great job.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. If you don't believe me just call and see for yourself. Better yet, stop by and see for yourself. The woman who works here has no business working with the public. All I did was asked a question about the price on a computer. She huffed and puffed like a child like she didn't want to be bothered. I was stunned. If you don't believe me, stop by or simply call. This woman is a piece of work.
