Wow. The service here has always been, well, interesting. But I had never actually been treated rudely in a US post office until today at the Eastwood location. The clerk told me where to find the form I needed, but I had a "brain fart" and didn't process what he had said correctly. When I went to the wrong place, he raised his voice, which further rattled me. Every time he got louder and more abrasive, I got more flustered. After a certain threshold of rudeness, I left and went to another post office, where the forms were clearly labelled and where I was treated politely.



The guy probably thought I was an idiot, but that's no excuse for talking to a customer the way he did. If his patience is that thin, he shouldn't be in a job where he deals with the public.



There's a reason this post office is so often empty.
