    The staff was very professional and kind. My only disappointment was that I had a groupon and still had to pay a $5 fee on top of it but realized it was because I didn't read the small print. I would advise that you make an appointment so that you can get in and out

    Tried to redeem a Groupon Voucher at 2 different Sears automotive locations. Followed the instructions to make an online appointment which appeared successful for 11:00 am the following day. Get a phone call at 9:45am the day of telling me that there are no appointments until some time next week. Don't need an oil change next week, I need an oil this week. When I ask to speak to the supervisor I was told that there was no way for me to contact that person (Mr. Chapman?) directly and that my information would be given to him and that he may or may not contact me. Very poor business practice and explains a lot about the the situation this company is in. I'm through as a Sears customer.

    We called to see if they had the tires we needed before we drove there, they reserved them, installed them and we left as satisfied customers with new tires.
