The Galloway School
I went to High School at Galloway in the late 90's and I highly recommend it. I'll be sending my kids there when they are older if I'm living in Atlanta. The class sizes are small and the teachers foster discussions rather than memorization of facts. They are also very flexible, crafting classes for 3 students or even 1 student, at times to meet individual needs and interests. The school places value in fostering a lifetime love of learning, not just learning enough facts to get a diploma. They want their students to be curious and enjoy new experiences and continue the learning process throughout adulthood. The school has expanded since I went, but based on a recent visit back and looking at the classrooms and many of the same teachers still present, it appears that they haven't changed their philosophy even if the buildings and grounds have changed.

Martin L King Elementary School
This the worse school i ever !! The staff are rude and act retarded They treat there students like cell mates All of there teachers are young teachers that still need more education ! Ms obsurne k5 teacher need to be fired asap she told me she dont have time to look over folders and give me updates on my child education but she will update me when my child is "disorderly" rude Martin Luther King is flipping over in his grave he said our kids are our future . Paul Mitchell The School Atlanta
I got a caramel ombre done- I’m super in love with it. Holland, a phase II student, was my stylist and she was so talented and did a great job changing my hair! I got an ombre, cut, and color balance all done and my hair still feels healthy and looks shiny! All this typically cost over $120 in midtown but it was only $60 for me here because I had a groupon so be sure to be on the lookout for more deals! I definitely recommend going to the Paul Mitchell school if you’re looking for an affordable cut and color! the teachers check all of the student's work too!

Drew Charter
We love our school! Our children experience a level of thoughtful, caring education that cannot be found elsewhere in our area. Beyond the regular classroom expectations they are exposed to a vast array of specials ranging from robotics to chorus, to dance and engineering.

Drew Charter
We've been at Drew for 5 years now. They focus on project based learning and have put arts back into a STEM curriculum. Drew operates on a STEAM curriculum. It has been a great experience for my kids.

Paideia School
Both of our kids have gone to Paideia for years - it is a terrific school with great teachers who really care about the development of the students. Outstanding facilitators and extracurriculars. A real community.

Tapestry Public Charter School
My son goes to this school and I am frustrated. The principal does not know how to conduct herself and has not teaching experience. Not all teacher are highly qualified. The gym teacher is not a certified teacher and causes problems with the other women teachers. The students do not get graded very often. The teachers seem very lazy and never come to events, that should be required. This school was supposed to be to help kids with special needs, it seems it is only benefiting the teachers to not have to show up for anything. The turn over rate for teachers is astounding. They also had 16 students leave a 6th grade class. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. I took my son out thank goodness.
