Rapid Roofers
Over the summer we had a significant hail storm in our area. I didn't know if we had hail damage or not but my husband's car had dings in it and when I saw Rapid Roofer's ad I called for a free hail damage assessment. Troy came out and spent about an hour looking at my roof, my deck, and other areas of my home that might be damaged by the hail. He told me that yes I had hail damage and needed to go ahead and file a claim with my insurance company as my roof definately needed replacing. The insurance company sent an assessor out and he looked at my roof while I was away. I got an email from my insurance company saying there was about $450 of damage and since this was below my dedutible no amount would be paid. I let Troy know and he said "no ma'am you need a new roof - the adjustor is not correct in his assessment". Now I realize it is up to the insurance company to deny as many claims as they can but I most likely would have accepted this and paid for a new roof myself in a few years when the damage started to affet the roof. Troy told me how to deal with the insurance company and my hail damage was reassessed and the insurance company approved and paid for a new roof. This save me thousands of dollars in pursuing an insurance claim I most likely would have lost if not for the expert advice of Troy.

Bh Customs And Repair
I recently contacted Brian to do some repairs in my home and am very please with his work. His communication with me was great, which is important to me, he gave me a great price and there were no surprises at the end. It took him 6 days to complete the work and he was on time every day and stayed later than I expected him to each evening to ensure the job was completed by the date we agreed on. He is a friendly man and made me feel comfortable having him in my home. I am very please with the work he did and will be calling him again at the first of the year to work on another project in my bathroom.

Rapid Roofers
To Whom It May Concern: RE: Rapid Roofers LLC.I highly recommend the work done by Mr. Dailey and his company. The work they performed on my home was well done, professional, and reasonably priced. Not only did they do everything promised at the price quoted, they went above and beyond to do extra things that were needed for very little or no additional cost. I will definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone. P.Stone

Restore Roofing
I was very satisfied with the work performed by this company. I had a roof installed. The job was well done. Pictures were taken to show me the damaged plywood under the roof. New plywood was installed. Flashing was added in areas that had been omitted by the original builder. They cleaned up after the job was complete. I have since used them on two painting projects on my home and was very satisfied in their work. I will use them again.

Everdry Roofing inc
Not only was their gutter cleaning service a bargain, with Half-Off Depot, but their tech showed up 10 minutes early...typically unheard of. The tech was courteous, clean and quick with the work. Good job.
Tips & Advices
Roofers commonly use certain supplies to handle the task of roof repair. A scaffold or a shingle lift is often used to access the roof. Roofers wear hard hats, and they typically wear soft-soled steel-toed shoes that protect their feet and provide optimum traction. Roofers use basic equipment such as caulking guns, paint brushes, electric or cordless drills, wheelbarrows, pop-rivet guns, power brooms, power spudders, shovels, backpack blowers, and high-pressure washers.
Certain supplies are needed when performing a do-it-yourself roof repair project. Working on a roof can be dangerous, and a safety harness with a rope and anchor point is essential equipment if you want to help prevent a fall. You'll also need a ladder, roofing nails, a crowbar, a utility knife, a tape measure, a chalk line, and a hammer.
Algae-resistant roofing shingles are shingles that have been specially built to resist algae growth. A common method for accomplishing this involves including copper granules in the shingles during the manufacturing process. Algae growth can cause unsightly black streaks on your home's roof, and this may lower your property values.
It can take less than a day to put on a new roof, but it could take as long as several days if the roof is large and complex. Weather conditions will also impact the length of time required for this task, and wind, snow, or rain will slow the process.
In general, the average lifespan of a roof is 20 to 25 years. However, the lifespan of your home's roof will be closely linked to the roofing materials used. Roofing made with asphalt shingles can last 15-30 years, and a metal roof may last 30-45 years. A roof made with concrete tile could last 35-50 years.
