Wow!! This hotel is Grrreat! We(my bf and I) went here this past weekend(11-28-15) to celebrate my bday. I had read reviews on here and Yelp and they were a bit mixed, so I decided to give it a try anyway b/c I had passed by this hotel before and wanted to stay. Well my review/opinion of this particular Quality Suites Hotel is probably and "odd one out" type of review. We LOVED it, and actually we're going to cancel our reservation at another hotel for New Year's Eve and book this hotel again. When we walked in the lobby we automatically noticed the fresh, clean smell! It was very clean and nicely decorated w/ a Christmas tree in the corner! The front desk clerk, Carlos, was not welcoming but not rude either. He seemed like he was very business oriented, no small talk, firm but not aggressive...I'll take it. My suggestion to Carlos if he reads this: Smile! Anyway, on to the room...First off, let me say that this hotel seemed not like a hotel at all but an apartment complex! The room seemed as if it might have been a studio apartment before. It was very spacious and had all the amenities that you might see in that type of apartment which we really liked! The room was SPOTLESS! No complaints about cleanliness at all! Actually we have not complaints about this hotel! The only thing that we might have wanted was an elevator, which this hotel doesn't have, but hey, it want deter us from coming back! They breakfast was good. Your "typical" hotel continental breakfast: eggs, sausage, bagels, pancakes, eggs, toast...etc. The eating area was spacious and not crammed like I've experienced at some other hotels. Checkout was easy-peasy! In contrast to Carlos, Noelle, the front-desk clerk at check-out was very welcoming and pleasant....she did smile! Thanks Noelle! Needless to say, we will be back! Highly recommended hotel! Keep up the good work, Quality Suites, you have my vote!

Wonderful place to stay and we found an Angel on duty at this hotel...The rooms were fresh and spotless, as were all the facilities. This is a great airport hotel, with everything you'd look for in such a place. This was our second time to stay at this hotel and we found the same thing both times. The staff was super friendly and helpful (especially Velita), at the front desk. The breakfast is good, healthy and 'tasty' selection. The restaurant was also kept very clean. They have a great happy hour that was a nice welcome after traveling a bit. They offered a good selection of finger foods and up to three drinks for free during their happy hour. They offer a free shuttle service that’s very friendly, fast and reliable, to take you to the airport, and we were able to leave our car there free for up to two weeks while we were away. Will definitely stat here again and again. Many thanks to the staff – and again (especially Velita), who took a lot of time to look after our needs.
I recently stayed at the Loews for a staycation in the city. I wanted to get away for a night and thought the hotel would be perfect for that. When I arrived at valet I was greeted by friendly employees who offered to grab my bags and opened the doors for me. Check in at the front desk was super easy and quick. I stayed in one of the VIP suites on the 25th floor which required room key access via the elevator to get on the floor. I really enjoyed that as it made me feel secure and safe. My suite was extremely large. I had a living area with a large sectional, dining area that seats 6, a kitchenette, king size bedroom, full bath with separate shower, tub and a television. There was also a half bath for guests which I thought was awesome. I received turn down service where when I arrived back to my room after dinner my bedding was pulled back and the curtains closed. I had an amazing view, beautiful room and the staff were great. I highly recommend staying here.
The rooms we stayed in were recently remodeled and it was a lot nicer than anything I expected. We stayed there for one night while waiting to check into our main hotel for DragonCon in downtown Atlanta. The room had floors that were that hardwood-looking laminate type stuff, a king bed with very modern bedding, a flat screen TV, free wifi, large fridge, nice mirror, and overall modern decor. It was much nicer than anything else I was expecting. If you looked closely you can still see the overall of the building, facilities, and AC units, but there has definitely been a lot of bigger budget upgrades which makes me think other good things might be coming for this small hotel. They offered a modest breakfast- all carbs- frozen waffles, cereal toast, but when we weren't expecting anything that was still a plus.

Some of our best times have been spent taking downtown “staycations”. It’s a real treat to pack the bags for a weekend, drive an hour and be right in the middle of anything you ever wanted. Museums, history, fine dining, burger joints open at 2 am, I mean anything. My favorite part, is booking a room at our “home away from home”, The Georgian Terrace Hotel. We love everything about the Georgian Terrace from the incredible amount of history, to the gorgeous rooms, to the knowledgeable and courteous service, to the extraordinary menu and talented chef at Livingston’s, to the magical craft cocktails at Proof & Provision. It truly has felt like home.

The service was excellent, and the staff were all very helpful and professional, as one would expect from The Ritz-Carlton. The lobby was nicely decorated. The room and everything were pretty clean. The location is great, plenty of places, restaurants and attractions within walking distance. I was disappointed with the room though. Don't get me wrong, there was really nothing wrong with the room. It was perfectly fine by 3-4 star hotel standards, but this is a 5 star hotel, and I was expecting a bit more luxury or amenities than what we usually get at 3-4 star hotels, and I didn't feel like that was the case.
