07/28/17My TestimonialHello!!! My name is Christine and my grandson is Kayden. We join ASOE family of early education almost 2 yrs ago 2015.I always will remember the first impression as I walk into the school, the cleanliness, smile, positive greeting, and the motivation of Ms. Maddox. The tour of the school was fantastic, and the neatness and positive attitude of all staff was just beautiful to me and my grandson. I knew that this was the school for us.Kayden started at the Infant room at 4 months old with Ms. Gilbert. The infant room is unique because the children follow a weekly lesson plan with the teacher. They exercise on a daily basis, babies use their fine motors, gross motors, language skills, art skills, and participate in their music skills also. This is the best foundation for any infant staring life and following their educational skill for their future..My kayden was blessed by this beautiful educational foundation. For myself as a grandparent with a lot of challenges I was able to have the support system of all Staff members at ASOE. Ms. Maddox has been the best director for the school and myself!!!I could not be where I am without her Godly wise wisdom.Ms. Maddox is just perfect to me. God made a perfect human bean when he made Ms. Maddox. This is the best school ever!!!This is where we belong for ever or until God says so!!!My testimonial!!GrandparentChristine
I went to High School at Galloway in the late 90's and I highly recommend it. I'll be sending my kids there when they are older if I'm living in Atlanta. The class sizes are small and the teachers foster discussions rather than memorization of facts. They are also very flexible, crafting classes for 3 students or even 1 student, at times to meet individual needs and interests. The school places value in fostering a lifetime love of learning, not just learning enough facts to get a diploma. They want their students to be curious and enjoy new experiences and continue the learning process throughout adulthood. The school has expanded since I went, but based on a recent visit back and looking at the classrooms and many of the same teachers still present, it appears that they haven't changed their philosophy even if the buildings and grounds have changed.
This the worse school i ever !! The staff are rude and act retarded They treat there students like cell mates All of there teachers are young teachers that still need more education ! Ms obsurne k5 teacher need to be fired asap she told me she dont have time to look over folders and give me updates on my child education but she will update me when my child is "disorderly" rude Martin Luther King is flipping over in his grave he said our kids are our future . Wow get your staff in order .
Great neighborhood school! Strong academics, socio-emotional learning, and diversity. Well supported by the community & many students go on to the feeder middle & high schools.
Par excellent! I am a parent of students at both the EA (elementary academy) and JA (junior academy) the rigor of the curriculum and the dedication of the teachers are unmatched for a public school. My family and I are proud to be Drew Eagles!
We love our school! Our children experience a level of thoughtful, caring education that cannot be found elsewhere in our area. Beyond the regular classroom expectations they are exposed to a vast array of specials ranging from robotics to chorus, to dance and engineering.
We've been at Drew for 5 years now. They focus on project based learning and have put arts back into a STEM curriculum. Drew operates on a STEAM curriculum. It has been a great experience for my kids.
Both of our kids have gone to Paideia for years - it is a terrific school with great teachers who really care about the development of the students. Outstanding facilitators and extracurriculars. A real community.
Wonderful school, great neighborhood, very involved parents, dedicated teachers and administrators.
