We've all been there, trying to find some fun social activity that means NOT hanging out in a bar. Agatha's is the place to go! Reserve your seats and be prepared to enjoy delicious appetizers, and a five course meal and amazingly funny comedy! Audience participation is a part of this so toss away your shyness and get ready to laugh out loud. Down town Altanta and this is close to a few parking garages. No flip flops please! Casual attire expected. All in all it was fun and funny definitely a good change from Thursday night sit coms...

The staff at this location deserves even more stars than 5! My husband, son and I went last weekend. We had such a warm welcome from the front door until the time we left. I will be writing the general manager to let him know how lucky he is to have such an amazing staff!

This place is awesome. We went at night and they had a live band. The decor and ambiance is just beautiful. I ordered the chicken and it was a huge half of a whole chicken. It was so delicious. This place is perfect for a date night. Very romantic vibe.

This might be my favorite restaurant in Atlanta! The fact that they serve delicious food 24-7 means that you can literally get something fresh and tasty at any time - no excuses! The mood is very eclectic and fun! Don't be turned off or alarmed by the parrots outside the front door... it just adds a unique character to the place. You have to order the home fries, french toast, fresh squeezed juices, and of course their grilled chicken sandwich with a side of garlic green beans that are out of this world! Brunch! Brunch! Brunch! I absolutely love the options in their brunch buffet but you definitely have to get there early to avoid the hour wait time to be seated. They keep the buffet bar stocked at all times which makes it easier to grab something sit down chat with your friends and then grab something else. Atmosphere is kind of loud, but not too loud to where you can't enjoy conversing with your party.

While this place is pricey, it is well worth it for that rare occasion. Every course was prepared to perfection and the service was exceptional. Make sure you save room for dessert as it was excellent, and they bring out hand make chocolates and cookies with the check that help cap off a night to remember

After having an early dinner at a very upscale restaurant, and attending a local show at the Fox, we went back to our room at The Georgian, had a cocktail and decided we were STARVING. So we set out to find a late night hangout to FEED US BURGERS. We found The Vortex and the best late night menu in Atlanta. If you haven't had the pleasure of The Vortex after midnight...GO. It should be on everyone's ATL bucket list!

Let's start off by saying that I hate that this place is a cash only joint. I always forget and then have to pay to use their atm . Now back to the food. I had the Sassy scramble which was enough for two people. The food was good and believe me you can share every plate. If you come on the weekend the line will be long so, be prepared to wait. It has a Mel's diner feel to it and they serve great comfort food. This is a great place for friends to meet up on the weekend and have a nice breakfast.

Quick service and great good. My friend and I wanted to try a new breakfast place and Silver Skillet was recommended. We went on a Sunday around 10:30 and it was just in time to beat the rush that came a few minutes after us. We placed our order and it came out fairly quickly. I had the grilled chicken omelette w/hash browns and it was delicious.

I made a reservation 2 hours prior and I was seated immediately (a Wednesday evening, 8:45p). The waiter was knowledgeable and immediately offered a fine selection of wine when we were seated. The meal took maybe 20-25 minutes to prepare and was - to be honest - the BEST spiced pork tenderloin I have ever had (sorry Grandma!). When going on a date I enjoy the cliche candle-lit dinner, so this was the perfect spot. The ambience was quiet and I was actually able to hear my date - a nice change from the ""trendy"" spots around town where you end up yelling by the end of the night because you have lost your hearing. The music was low and upbeat, and the tables were spaced apart perfectly. I will definitely be going back soon.

I just ate at the Buckhead Diner this past Saturday and enjoyed the best brunch in the city. So many of the dishes read so well I had the hardest time deciding what to order. The SauceScottish Smoked Salmon Benedict, Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cake ?Oscar? With Poached Eggs And Bernaise Sauce, the Shrimp And Georgia Stone Ground Grits With Homemade Sausage I opted for the New England Red Flannel ?Corned Beef & Beet Hash,? Two Poached Eggs And Hollandaise. I have to tell you the food is extrordinary. I have been to the Buckhead Diner countless times over the years and have enjoyed one of the best values in the City. It has long been called the Ritziest Diner in the country and last Sunday just confirmed it. However, I can see this concept going over the lesser savy diner who is looking for a greazy spoon, sorry, the Buckhead Diner is not in the same ballpark!

It had been many years since I had been to the Blue Ridge Grill and I had forgotten what a neighborhood gem this restaurant really is. From the warm and friendly staff, to the cosy lodge-like atmosphere of the room, every detail was carefully considered and attended to with grace. Service was prompt and curtious and the food was fantastic. I can't remember having a better dining experience in Atlanta for some time and I would recommend it to all of my friends, neighbors, and business associates.

My husband and I both work in midtown, and we decided it was time to try the Globe for dinner (We both have taken clients there for lunch and have never been disappointed). WOW. We got there around 6:30 and the place was buzzing with a great casual but beautiful vibe. There was an artist sketching live models in one corner of the lounge area, and the bar was full of gorgeous people. We wanted to have a drink in the lounge, and the amazingly genuine bartender offered us the wine tasting. HOW COOL! For $15 each we got a taste of 4 different wines with 4 different--very creative-- ""bites"" of food. And dinner was even better!! Our waitress told us that they had just changed over to their summer menu, and we both loved our meals (and if you go you MUST finish with the ricotta strawberry shortcake thing!) \r GO GO GO to the Globe, I can't believe we waited this long!!!

OK... East Andrews has been a stable of Atlanta nightlife for sometime. The complex houses several bars so it isn't a problem to find something there for everyone. Stout is a great place to sit back and relax and 8 Traxx is great if you want to dance. ALSO (and this is important)... If you go on a Friday night there is this cop that is normally there that my friends and I call Officer McDreamy. He is, by far, the hottest guy in the place.

A group of (6)us came here for a late night bite, and even though the kitchen closes at 10. They remained open a little later for us to all nosh on delicious entrees of trout, Southern fried chicken, juicy hamburgers, and porch chop. For appetizers we had deviled eggs, fresh oysters, truffle fries (so addictingly delicious), fried calamari, and freshly made breads with homemade churned butter. I can not wait to go back and try some of their other delicious southern fare modern twist menu items.

I love the old school vibe and clubby atmosphere of Highland Tap and it's even better in the years since they went smoke free. Their dining room is great when you're looking for a quiet meal. Burgers and steaks are excellent and their salad with warm bacon dressing is to die for. And then they've got the bar area which is a little bit 70s dive bar but always offers great service, plenty of TVs and helpful staff to keep you happy for hours on end.

The food here is ok but the drink menu is full of fun martinis and cocktails! Joe's is home to Atlanta's fab gay community and is decked out in rainbows and cute gay catch phrases! Joe's patio is also pooch friendly and they even have a small dog park! I brought my yorkie and her friends here for her 10th birthday party!
